 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR
 ON THE PLANS WHERE APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE RESTRIPING PLAN IS DIFFICULT TO READ AND IT
 DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ON THE NUMBER OF
 PARKING STALLS TO BE RESTRIPED, STALL LOCATION AND
 DIMENSIONS FOR THE STANDARD AND HANDICAPPED PARKING
 STALLS. PLEASE PROVIDE THIS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
  
 2.) PER THE CONDITIONS OF THE CLASS B SPECIAL USE
 PERMIT FINAL ORDER 3312, A LANDSCAPE PERMIT, UPGRADING
 THE LANDSCAPING ON THE PROPERTY TO MEET THE LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE CURRENT ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS IS REQUIRED. A LANDSCAPE PLAN, PREPARED BY
 A FLORIDA LICENSED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED CONCURRENTLY AS A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 WITH THIS PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3.) REVISIONS TO THE PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS. PLEASE CONTACT LINDA LOUIE @ (561) 822-1458
 IF THERE ARE QUESTIONS.

 PER THE CONDITIONS OF THE CLASS B SPECIAL USE PERMIT
 FINAL ORDER 3312, A BUSINESS TAX RECEIPT FOR THE CHAPEL
 USE WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL THE APPLICANT SUBMITS A
 PLAN TO ADDRESS OVERFLOW PARKING FOR THE PROPOSED USE.
 THE PLAN SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE PLANNING
 AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR. STAFF HAS YET TO RECEIVE THIS
 INFORMATION.
