 A) PROVIDE COMPLETE AND CORRECT INFORMATION ON TOP OF
 FORM, INCLUDING CORRECT OWNER'S NAME ("HOMEOWNER" IS
 NOT AN OWNER), BUILDER NAME, PERMIT OFFICE AND
 JURISDICTION NUMBER. SEC. R101.5.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 B) REVISE NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS SHOWN UNDER "SPACES" ON
 PAGE 2 OF 4. THIS IS A THREE BEDROOM HOUSE. PROVIDE
 PROOF OF WHY CONSIDERING ONLY ONE OCCUPANT. (THE NUMBER
 OF OCCUPANTS MAY AFFECT THE A/C SIZING LOAD

 FACTOR SPECIFIED ON THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS WILL BE

 ADDITION WAS BLOCKED BY A DARK BACKGROUND. DRAWING IS
