 LAYOUT IS BEING BUILT? SUBMIT ONE FLOOR PLAN THAT
 CLEARLY REFLECTS THE SCOPE OF WORK TO BE DONE. FBC
 107.2.1.
 2) A MINIMUM OF 21 INCHES CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED IN
 FRONT OF WATER CLOSETS.THE LAVATORY IN THE FIRST FLOOR
 BATH CLEARLY ENCROACHES INTO THIS CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE.FBCR P2705.1 (5).
 3) WATER SUPPLY VALVES FOR THE WASHER/DRYER UNIT MUST
 BE ACCESSIBLE. THEY CANNOT BE LOCATED BEHIND THE
 WASHER/DRYER UNLESS THERE IS AN ACCESS PANEL IN THE
 WASHER/DRYER UNIT THAT CAN BE REMOVED FOR ACCESS TO THE
 VALVES. FBCR SEC.P2903.9.3.
 4)SHOW THE INSIDE CLEAR DIMENSIONS OF THE SHOWER. THE
 SHOWER SIZE SHALL COMPLY WITH FBCR SEC.P2708.1.
 5) SHT. A204 SHOWS A BATHTUB IN THE BATHROOM BUT THERE
 ARE TWO DIFFERENT FLOOR PLANS. ONE SHOWS A TUB AND THE
 OTHER A SHOWER. WHICH IS IT? FBCR107.2.1.
 6) SHT. D100.0 NOTES THE REMOVAL OF PLUMBING FIXTURES
 AND "REPLACE ALL IN KIND" BUT FIXTURES ARE BEING
