 CLOSED POSITION SHALL ALSO COMPLY WITH CHAPTER 16 AND

 PROVIDE ENGINEERING FOR THE FRAMING AROUND THE NEW ROOF
 TOP HOLE FOR THIS UNIT. ALSO PROVIDE THE MANUFACTURERS
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS, IF A PRODUCT APPROVAL PLEASE
 PROVIDE AS WELL AS THE TIE DOWN OF THE RTU TO THE CURB.

 FANS
 FOR ALL ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT, CURBS OR A/C STANDS,
 DETAILED ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF DECK AS WELL AS FROM
 THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE EQUIPMENT ABOVE. 2014
 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS?
  
 2014 FBC-M- 301.15 WIND RESISTANCE. MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND SUPPORTS THAT ARE EXPOSED TO
 WIND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED TO RESIST THE WIND
 PRESSURES DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 6) 107.3.4.1 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA
 RULE 9N-3 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 7) IF ZONING REQUIRES A MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SCREEN FOR
 THE NEW ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT THEN SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH:
 FBC-B 1509.6 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SCREENS.
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SCREENS SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF
 THE MATERIALS SPECIFIED FOR THE EXTERIOR WALLS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE
 BUILDING. WHERE THE FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE IS GREATER
 THAN 5 FEET (1524 MM), MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SCREENS
 SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE
 FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING REQUIREMENTS.
  
 SHEET A4 SHOWS NEW TRAY SLIDES BY OTHERS, PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE:
  
 904.5.2 TRAY SLIDES. THE TOPS OF TRAY SLIDES SHALL BE
 28 INCHES (710 MM) MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES (865 MM)
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
 8) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
