 TO DOCUMENT THE EXCAVATION AND GROUTING OF EACH PILE
 AND TO PROVIDE, IN CONJUNCTION WITH A LICENSED OFFICE
 ENGINEER, ANY NECESSARY FIELD ADJUSTMENTS OF PILE TIP
 ELEVATIONS. DOES APPLICANT INTEND TO ACCEPT THIS
 RECOMMENDATION? IF NOT, WHAT OTHER PROVISIONS WILL BE
 MADE FOR QUALITY CONTROL AND TO ADDRESS 2014 FBC-B

 13. REGARDING THE WIND TUNNEL TEST, PROVIDE ONE OF THE
 FOLLOWING:

 REGISTERED PE, FS 471, OR
 B. ENGINEER OF RECORD IS TO PROVIDE A SHOP DRAWING
 REVIEW OR A LETTER WHICH STATES THAT HE ACCEPTS THE
 REPORT'S FINDINGS AND FINDS THAT THE TEST WAS DONE WITH
 STANDARD ENGINEERING PRACTICE

 1. FBC 105.13 PHASED PERMIT APPROVAL. AFTER SUBMITTAL
 OF THE APPROPRIATE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE A PERMIT FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF FOUNDATIONS OR ANY OTHER PART OF A
 BUILDING OR STRUCTURE BEFORE THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING OR STRUCTURE HAVE BEEN
 SUBMITTED. THE HOLDER OF SUCH PERMIT FOR THE FOUNDATION
 OR OTHER PARTS OF A BUILDING OR STRUCTURE SHALL PROCEED
 AT THE HOLDER?S OWN RISK WITH THE BUILDING OPERATION
 AND WITHOUT ASSURANCE THAT A PERMIT FOR THE ENTIRE
 STRUCTURE WILL BE GRANTED. CORRECTIONS MAY BE REQUIRED
 TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE TECHNICAL CODES. THIS
 PROVISION IS ONLY FOR THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, ALL
 OTHER AGENCY APPROVALS NECESSARY FOR CONSTRUCTION MUST
 BE SECURED PRIOR TO THIS PROVISION BEING APPLIED.
  
 2. A REPLAT IS REQUIRED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 705.8.
 WHEN AVAILABLE, PROVIDE THE BOOK AND PAGE WHERE THIS
 HAS BEEN RECORDED OR PROVIDE A COPY OF THE RECORDED
