 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) REPEAT COMMENT FROM 2/29/16 AND 5/6/16: THE VALUE
 OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($300,000) EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF
 THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($81,605) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C.
 PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 2.) LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS PROVIDED IN THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN NEED TO BE REVISED. THE CALCULATIONS DO NOT MEET
 THE MINIMUM STANDARDS OF ZLDR S.94-442(B)(2) FOR A
 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE.
  
 3.) INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE LANDSCAPE PLAN IS NOT
 CLEAR. IS THE LANDSCAPING PROVIDED IN THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN ALL EXISTING OR PROPOSED? IF ANY LANDSCAPING IS
 PROPOSED IN THE PLANS, THE LANDSCAPING MUST MEET THE
 MINIMUM STANDARDS OF ZLDR S.94-442(B)(2) FOR A
 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNIT AND A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT FOR LANDSCAPING WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 4.) REPEAT COMMENT FROM 2/29/16 AND 5/6/16:
 ARCHITECTURAL/BUILDING PLANS MUST BE SIGNED, DATED AND
 SEALED BY A FLORIDA LICENSED ARCHITECT. STAFF HAS
 NOTICED THAT THE PLANS ARE SIGNED AND DATED, BUT NOT
 SEALED. IN ORDER TO VALIDATE THE ARCHITECTURAL/BUILDING
 PLANS, THE FLOOR PLANS AND ELEVATIONS MUST ALSO BE
 SEALED BY THE ARCHITECT.
  
 5.) REPEAT COMMENT FROM 5/6/16: ILLUSTRATE LOCATION AND
 SETBACKS OF A/C UNIT IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 6.) THE REMOVAL OF ANY TREES ON THE PROPERTY WILL
 REQUIRE A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT.
