| THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($81,605) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. |
| PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO |
| SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT |
| REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE |
| IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN |
| ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO |
| ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN |
| DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE |
| PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO |
| ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS |
| PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION |
| PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE |
| SITE INTO CONFORMITY. |

| 2.) LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS PROVIDED IN THE LANDSCAPE |
| PLAN NEED TO BE REVISED. THE CALCULATIONS DO NOT MEET |
| THE MINIMUM STANDARDS OF ZLDR S.94-442(B)(2) FOR A |
| SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE. |

| 3.) INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE LANDSCAPE PLAN IS NOT |
| CLEAR. IS THE LANDSCAPING PROVIDED IN THE LANDSCAPE |

| PROPOSED IN THE PLANS, THE LANDSCAPING MUST MEET THE |

| PLANS, THE FLOOR PLANS AND ELEVATIONS MUST ALSO BE |
| SEALED BY THE ARCHITECT. |
