 1. PROPOSED WALL CROSSES TWO PARCELS. A SEPARATE PERMIT
 WILL BE REQUIRED FOR EACH PARCEL WHERE THE WALL IS
 BEING REQUESTED.
  
 2. IT IS UNCLEAR IF THE PROPOSED WALL WILL BE LOCATED
 ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE FPL EASEMENT. SURVEY DOES
 NOT DELINEATE A WALL, HOWEVER, THE AREA HAS BEEN
 HIGHLIGHTED TO SHOW THE WALL LOCATION. PLEASE CLARIFY
 IF A WALL IS TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN THIS LOCATION. IF
 YES, PLEASE PROVIDE EASEMENT CONSENT FORM FROM FPL. THE
 ONLY EASEMENT CONSENT FORMS PROVIDED IN THE APPLICATION
 WERE FROM THE CITY, FPU, AND AT&T.
  
 3. SURVEY ONLY DELINEATES ONE EASEMENT FOR FPL ALONG
 THE WEST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. EASEMENT CONSENT FORMS
 WERE SUBMITTED FROM THE CITY, FPU, AND AT&T - ARE THERE
 OTHER EASEMENTS BEING IMPACTED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION?
  
 4. IF THE PROPERTY OWNER PROPOSES TO INSTALL ANY
 PLANTING ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE WALL, IT IS RECOMMENDED
 THAT THE WALL BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 5 FEET TO PROVIDE
 SPACE FOR PLANTINGS.
