2016-02-13 09:00:34ACCORDING TO THE PROPERTY APPRAISER WEB SITE, THIS
 BUILDING'S USE WAS OFFICE/STORE/RESIDENTIAL. WE WILL
 THEREFORE NEED UTILITY RELEASE CONFIRMATIONS. NONE WERE
 ATTACHED IN THE APPLICATION. WE WILL NEED THE
 FOLLOWING,
  
 1) FPL DISCONNECT CONFIRMATION.
  
 2) FPU DISCONNECT CONFIRMATION.
  
 3) WATER METER PULL CONFIRMATION. IF USING A FIRE
 HYDRANT TO KEEP THE DEMO WET, THEN CONFIRMATION OF
 BACKFLOW INSTALLATION SHOULD BE INCLUDED. IF NEW
 CONSTRUCTION WILL BE FORTHCOMING, AND A TEMPORARY HOSE
 BIB AND BACKFLOW INSTALLATION MY BE PREFERRED. THIS
 WILL REQUIRE A PERMIT APPLICATION AND INSPECTION.
  
 4) SEWER LATERAL CAPPING CONFIRMATION. THIS REQUIRES A
 TURNAROUND PERMIT AND CAN BE INCLUDED IN THE
 BACKFLOW/HOSE BIB INSTALLATION INSPECTION MENTIONED
 ABOVE. IT APPEARS A SEWER CAP MAY HAVE BEEN DONE IN
 2003. PLEASE CONFIRM IT WAS FOR THIS BUILDING.
  
 5) AN ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SURVEY. PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY
 OF FINDINGS AND IF FOUND REMOVAL.
  
 6) RODENT LETTER. LETTER FROM PEST CONTROL COMPANY
 CONFIRMING TREATMENT FOR RODENTS OR NONE FOUND
 CONFIRMATION FROM THEIR INSPECTION.
