 EASEMENTS? PLAT INDICATES THERE IS A 5 FOOT UTILITY
 EASEMENT ALONG THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY LINE. IN ORDER
 TO CONSTRUCT A FENCE WITHIN A UTILTIY EASEMENT,
 COMPLETED SIGNED OFF EASEMENT CONSENT FORMS MUST BE
 OBTAINED FROM UTILITY PROVIDERS:
