 1. PERMIT VALUE TOO LOW. PROVIDE A SIGNED CONTRACT AND
 REVISE PERMIT VALUE WHEN YOU RESUBMIT PLANS.
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2. PROVIDE MEASUREMENTS ON PLANS FOR DOOR ?A?. SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING. FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE 404.2.4.1 (A) FRONT APPROACH , PULL SIDE AND (C)
 FRONT APPROACH, PUSH SIDE IF DOOR HAS A CLOSER. SEE
 FIGURES 404.2.4.1.
 SHOW DOOR HANDLE HARDWARE AND CLOSER IF USED.
  
 3. SHOW IF DOORS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE FOLLOWING
 ROOMS: OFFICE, MASSAGE ROOM #1 AND EXAM ROOM #1.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THE RECEPTION PAST
 THROUGH. SHOW HOW IT WILL COMPLY WITH FLORIDA
