 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR
 ON THE PLANS WHERE APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. INFORMATION ON THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING
 MUST BE PROVIDED AND ILLUSTRATED IN THE PERMIT PLANS IN
 ORDER TO CALCULATE THE BUILDING FA?ADE SQUARE FOOTAGE
 AND THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA PER SECTION 94-409
 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR).
  
 2.) THE SIGN AREA SHALL BE THE AREA OF THE SMALLEST
 RECTANGLE WHICH CONTAINS ALL CONTENT AND BACKGROUND OF
 THE SIGN. THE CURRENT SIGN AREA CALCULATIONS IN THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION HAVE NOT BEEN CALCULATED ACCORDING
 TO THE SIGN AREA CALCULATIONS OF THE ZONING CODE.

 3.) THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SIGNS PERMITTED ON THE STAND
 ALONE BUILDING IS THREE (3) SIGNS. PLEASE PROVIDE
 PHOTOGRAPHS OF ALL ELEVATIONS TO ENSURE THAT THE NUMBER
 OF SIGNS DOES NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGNAGE
 PERMITTED ON THE BUILDING. [ZLDR S.94-408(D)(1)]
  
 4.) THE MAXIMUM SUM TOTAL AREA OF ALL SIGNS MOUNTED ON
 THE FACADE OTHER THAN THE FRONT FACADE SHALL BE 50
 PERCENT OF THE AREA SET FORTH IN SECTION 94-409. [ZLDR
