 BUILDING, SPRINKLERED, 2 STORY , A-1 OCCUPANCY WITH A
 TOTAL BUILDING AREA OF 17, 208 SQ. FT. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE SQUARE FEET OF THE 1ST FLOOR, (FOOTPRINT) IF FIRE
 SPRINKLER INCREASE WERE TAKEN OR IF FRONTAL INCREASES
 WERE TAKEN FBC-B 504.2 & OR 506.2.
  
 2) IN ONE SET OF PLANS SHEET A003, THE PLANS ARE SIGNED
 BUT NOT SEALED. PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS OR OTHER
 DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AND BEING
 FILED FOR PUBLIC RECORD SHALL HAVE THE SIGNATURE AND
 SEAL OF THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AFFIXED TO THE
 DOCUMENT.

 3) SHEET A003 THE DOORS TO THE 2 NEW OFFICE NOR IS THE
 DOOR TO THE STORAGE ROOM, THE SIZE PROVIDED. PLEASE
 PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014 FBC-B SECTION
 1008.1.1. SIZE OF DOORS. 1008.1.1 SIZE OF DOORS.
 THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF EACH DOOR OPENING SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT FOR THE OCCUPANT LOAD THEREOF AND SHALL
 PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES (813 MM). CLEAR
 OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING DOORS SHALL BE
 MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE STOP,
 WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES.
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
