 2) MONUMENT SIGNS (S-5 AND S-6)
  
 A. THE SIGN SIZE AND CONFIGURATION COMPLIES WITH THE
 WEST PALM HOSPITAL CSPD MASTER SIGNAGE PROGRAM.
  
 B. PROVIDE A SITE PLAN, WITH SETBACK DIMENSIONS, TO
 SHOW EXACTLY WHERE THE SIGNS WILL BE LOCATED. THE
 PROVIDED AERIAL WITH DOTS IS NOT SUFFICIENT. THE SIGNS
 SHALL NOT INTERFERE WITH LANDSCAPE, UTILITY FEATURES,
 TRAFFIC SIGNAGE, ETC. THESE ADDITIONAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE SIGNS
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET FROM A PUBLIC ROAD
 RIGHT-OF-WAY AND OUTSIDE OF ANY VISIBILITY TRIANGLES.
  
 3) DIRECTIONAL SIGNS (S-7, S-8, S-9, S-10, AND S-11)

 A. SIGN 2-4 - THIS SIGN MEETS THE PERMITTED SIZE AND
 HEIGHT ALLOWANCES; HOWEVER, A SITE PLAN, WITH SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS, TO SHOW EXACTLY WHERE THE SIGN WILL BE
 LOCATED IS REQUIRED WITH THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL. THE SIGN
