 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOWING THE DINING
 ROOM LAYOUT OF TABLES AND CHAIRS EGRESS AISLES TO THE
 EXIT AS WELL AS THE COMMERCIAL KITCHEN LAYOUT.

 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR
 BUILDINGS. THE EXAMINATION OF THE DOCUMENTS BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM
 CRITERIA AND DOCUMENTS;
 107.3.5.1 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS:
 107.3.5.1.1 BUILDING.
  
 2) SHEET A1.00 SHOWS ON THE INTERIOR OF THE TENANT
 SPACE ONLY NO SEATING. FOR A RESTARAUNT. THE 2014
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 226.1 REQUIRES DINING
 SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR
 DRINK, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT OF THE SEATING SPACES AND
 STANDING SPACES AT THE DINING SURFACES SHALL COMPLY
 WITH 902
  
 3) NOTE IF THERE IS EXTERIOR SEASONAL SEATING THEN
 THOUGHS SEATS WILL ALSO NEED TO BE CONSIDERED IN THE 5
 % OF THE OVERAL SEATING. COMPLIANCE WITH 226.2 OF THE
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE WOULD ALSO THEN BE A ISSUE. 226.2
 DISPERSION. DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES REQUIRED
 TO COMPLY WITH 902 SHALL BE DISPERSED THROUGHOUT THE
 SPACE OR FACILITY CONTAINING DINING SURFACES AND WORK
 SURFACES.
  
 4) THE DINING TABLE TOPS FOR THE ACCESSIBLE TABLES WILL
 NEED TO COMPLY WITH: 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING
 SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES (710 MM)
 MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 5) PLANS HAVE TO SHOW WHERE THE RESTARAUNT KITCHEN IS
 LOCATED, 2014 FBC-B 1210.4 TOILET ROOM LOCATION. TOILET
 ROOMS SHALL NOT OPEN DIRECTLY INTO A ROOM USED FOR THE
 PREPARATION OF FOOD FOR SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC.
  
 6) SUBMITTED DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL, CORAL 213 SERIES
 ENTRANCE DOOR. THIS APPROVAL DOES NOT HAVE A COVERSHEET
 ATTACHED IDENTIFYING IF IT IS A FLORIDA APPROVAL AND TO
 THE CURRENT CODE. 2014 FBC-B 1609.1.2 PROTECTION OF
 OPENINGS, 1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS & CLADDING. FLORIDA
 DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS RULE 9N-3 NOV. 01/ 2010
 (31) SUB-CATEGORY OF PRODUCTS OR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS
 THAT WILL REQUIRE PRODUCT APPROVALS:

 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.3.4.1 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 8) PLEASE PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE DOOR TO THE RESTROOM,
 PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE 404.2.4 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES, SEE FIGURE
 404.2.4.1 (E) & (H).
  
 9) PLANS DO NOT INDICATE IF THE ENTRANCE IS AN
 ACCESSIBLE LEVEL ENTRY WAY. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILIRTY CODE
 202.4.2 ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN THE EVENT OF
 DISPROPORTIONALITY.
 WHEN THE COST OF ALTERATIONS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE PATH
 OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA FULLY ACCESSIBLE IS
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE COST OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION,
 THE PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL BE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE
 EXTENT THAT IT CAN BE MADE ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT INCURRING
 DISPROPORTIONATE COSTS. IN CHOOSING WHICH ACCESSIBLE
 ELEMENTS TO PROVIDE, PRIORITY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THOSE
 ELEMENTS THAT WILL PROVIDE THE GREATEST ACCESS, IN THE
 FOLLOWING ORDER: (I) AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE; (II) AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE ALTERED AREA; (III) AT LEAST
 ONE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM FOR EACH SEX OR A SINGLE UNISEX
 RESTROOM; (IV) ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES; (V) ACCESSIBLE
 DRINKING FOUNTAINS; AND (VI) WHEN POSSIBLE, ADDITIONAL
 ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS SUCH AS PARKING, STORAGE, AND
 ALARMS

 11) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
