 EXISTING BUILDING AND PROPOSED BUILDING EXPANSION.
 PLEASE DIMENSION.
  
 2. INCLUDE SETBACK OF THE NEW ADDITION FROM PROPERTY
 LINES [ZLDR SEC. 94-204(2)].
  
 3. INDICATE BUILDING HEIGHT OF PROPOSED ADDITION [ZLDR
 SEC. 94-204(35)].
  
 4. INDICATE HEIGHT OF PROPOSED GENERATOR AND VERIFY
 THAT A 6 FOOT HIGH FENCE WILL SUFFICIENTLY SCREEN THE
 GENERATOR UNIT [ZLDR SEC. 994-444(B)].
  
 5. SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED FOR LANDSCAPING,
 IRRIGATION, AND FENCES. CURBING WILL BE REQUIRED AROUND
 THE LANDSCAPE AREAS TO PROTECT FROM VEHICLES [ZLDR SEC.
 94-443(C)(5)(A)]. SINCE THE FACILITY IS LOCATED NEARBY
 A BOAT LAUNCHING AND TRAILER PARKING AREA, THE
 LANDSCAPING WILL BE MORE PRONE TO DAMAGE FROM VEHICLES
 AND TRAILERS.
  
 6. FOR THE PROPOSED TREE TO BE REMOVED, A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE
 PLANNING DIVISION.
