 UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT. THE PARKING LOT STRIPING WAS NOT
 REVIEWED.
  
 THE ENGINEER'S RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT MULTIPLE
 SHEETS WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE PAVING AND STRIPING.
 CONFIRM THAT IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT STRIPING WILL
 REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, FEES, AND REVIEW.
  
 2. PROVIDE A VALUE FOR THE SCOPE OF THIS WORK. FBC 109.
