 COST BREAKDOWN MAY BE REQUIRED IF A REASONABLE VALUE IS
 NOT PROVIDED. THIS REVISION WILL INCLUDE THE INTERIOR
 WORK AS THE SCOPE OF FIRST PERMIT APPLICATION DID NOT
 INCLUDE THIS WORK.
  
 2. THE NOC FILED BY THE CONTRACTOR FOR THIS JOB HAS A
 DESCRIPTION OF "PLYWOOD EXTERIOR WALLS & STUCCO."
 PROVIDE A NEW NOC WHICH INCLUDES ALL WORK.
  
 3. "ACCESSORY BUILDING" WAS INCLUDED IN THE REVISION
 DESCRIPTION. THE OUTLINE OF A BUILDING IS ON THE PLAN.
 SCOPE NOT CLEAR. ANY WORK TO A SEPARATE STRUCTURE IS TO
