 BUILDING REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO. PROVISO
 MEANS CONTRACTOR WILL SUBMIT REQUIRED INFORMATION AFTER
 THE PERMIT IS ISSUED BUT BEFORE INSPECTIONS TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS. REVISION FEES APPLY. CONTRACTOR TO
 ADVICE IF PROVISO OPTION IS PREFERRED AT THIS TIME OR
 IF RE-SUBMITTING REQUIRED INFORMATION BEFORE PERMIT
 ISSUANCE.

 CONSERVATION. THE FORM SUBMITTED ONLY HAVE THE NAME OF
 THE PERSON PREPARING THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. NEED THE
 OWNER OR LEGALLY DESIGNATED AGENT TO CERTIFY
 COMPLIANCE. PERMIT CAN NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT THE
 OWNER'S CERTIFICATION.

 TO HAVE THE HOUSE DESIGNED FOR 1/300 VENT RATIO.
 PREPARER TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 SHOWING HOW THE HOUSE COMPLIES WITH THE 1/300 RATIO AS
 REQUIRED BY EXCEPTION OF SEC. R806.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.

 NOTE: LABEL FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS SHOWING THE U-FACTOR
 AND SHGC FACTOR SPECIFIED ON THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS

 USING THE SOFTWARE DEFAULT FACTOR FOR GLAZING.
