 NOT EVEN BE AWARE OF THIS CERTIFICATION. NEED THE OWNER

 CROSS VENTILATION CREDITS ON ITEM #15 OF PAGE 1 OF 5.
 DESIGNER OF RECORD TO PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS SHOWING
 FULL COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R405.7.6 AND SEC. R405.7.4 OF
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 RESPONSE:
 REPEAT COMMENT. ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE STILL TAKING
 THE CEILING FAN CREDIT. DESIGNER OF RECORD NEEDS TO
 SHOW IN PLANS COMPLIANCE WITH THE CEILING FAN
 REQUIREMENTS. PROVIDE ALL THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R405.7.6 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 3- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 ***PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
