 REVIEW CHECKLIST.
 CODE: FBC 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 1- EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS NEED TO COMPLY WITH
 THE EQUIPMENT SIZING SECTION R403.6.1 FBC-ENERGY
 CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION (2014). CALCULATIONS NEED TO
 BE DONE USING AN APPROVED SOFTWARE (FOR EXAMPLE ELITE,
 WRIGHTSOFT, ETC). NEED CALCULATIONS BASED ON THE
 BUILDING LOADS FOR THE DIRECTIONAL ORIENTATION OF THE
 BUILDING. AND, NEED TO BE DONE BASED ON THE INTERIOR
 DESIGN DESIGN TEMPERATURE REQUIRED BY SEC. R302.1 OF
 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED ARE NOT DONE WITH AN APPROVED
 SOFTWARE AND THE INTERIOR DESIGN TEMPERATURE DOESN'T
 COMPLY WITH SEC. R302.1.
  
 2- MECHANICAL PLAN M.1 SUBMITTED;
 A) SIZE OF "TRANSFER DUCTS" SHOWN ON THE SECOND FLOOR
 BEDROOMS DON'T COMPLY WITH THE BALANCED RETURN AIR SEC.
 M1602.4 OF FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014). SHOW
 COMPLIANCE. (REPEAT COMMENT). THE TRANSFER DUCT SIZE
 WAS NOT REVISED. IN ADDITION THE CFM'S SHOWN ON PLANS
 DON'T MATCH CFM SHOWN ON THE EQUIPMENT SIZING
 CALCULATIONS. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH.
 NOTE: INFORMATION WAS CHANGED ON THE FIRST FLOOR. THE
 TRANSFER DUCTS NEED TO COMPLY WITH THE BALANCED RETURN
 AIR SEC. M1602.4. ALSO, COORDINATE CFM'S WITH EQUIPMENT
 SIZING CALCULATIONS. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 B) CLARIFY HOW THE RETURN AREA GRILLS SHOWN ON THE
 FIRST FLOOR BY THE DINING AREA AND ON THE SECOND FLOOR
 BY THE ATTIC ACCESS ARE CONNECTED TO THE AIR HANDLER
 UNIT. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. (REPEAT COMMENT).
 THE MECHANICAL PLAN WAS NOT REVISED.
  
  
 ***PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH
 COMMENT TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
 ***PLEASE REMOVE AND REPLACE ANY REVISED DRAWING. DON'T
 STAPLE OLD COPY TO THE PLANS. SUBMIT OLD COPIES FOR
