 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF

 INFORMATION SHOWN ON GARAGE DOOR NOTES. ALSO,
 FOUNDATION PLAN SHOW FILLED CELLS AT THE ENDS OF THE
 GARAGE OPENINGS, NOT POURED CONCRETE. REVISE
 SPECIFICATIONS AS REQUIRED. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS
 SHOWING THAT THE PROPOSED ANCHOR SPACING IS ADEQUATE TO
 RESIST THE DESIGN PRESSURES. COORDINATE DESIGN
