 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) SHEET A-1.2 SHOWS THE PROPOSED SECOND FLOOR PLAN.
 WHILE THE NOTES CORRECTLY SHOW THAT THE FLOOR IS BEING
 REMOVED, IT FAILS TO SHOW THE REMOVAL OF THE BATHROOM.
 ALL THE BATHROOM (NOT PREVIOUSLY SHOWN ON ANY PLANS)
 FIXTURES NEED TO BE REMOVED TO COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENT THAT THE AREA IS VACATED.
  
 2) WALL SECTION 02 ON SHEET A-2 FAILS TO SHOW THAT THE
 REMOVAL OF THE FLOORING IN THE SECOND LEVEL ABANDONED
 AREA.
  
 3) PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION (104) FOR THIS PERMIT,
 A MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE PLANNING DIVISION FOR THE CHANGES TO THE SITE PLAN.
  
 4) SINCE THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE PARTIAL DEMOLITION OF
 THE SECOND FLOOR OF 431 BUNKER ROAD, PRIOR TO THE FIRST
 INSPECTION FOR ANY WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE NEW 1,680
 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION, DEMOLITION MUST HAVE BEGUN TO
 REMOVE THE 1,427 SQUARE FEET OF THE SECOND FLOOR OF 431
 BUNKER ROAD.
  
 5) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR:
  
 A. RIGHT-OF-WAY IMPROVEMENTS
 B. BICYCLE RACK
 C. LANDSCAPE
 D. DRIVEWAYS
  
 6) PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY FOR THE NEW 1,680 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION, THE
 APPLICANT MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE DEMOLITION OF THE
 1,427 SQUARE FEET OF THE SECOND FLOOR OF 431 BUNKER
 ROAD AND CLOSED THE BUILDING PERMIT(S).
  
 7) PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE CONSTRUCTION NEEDS TO START
 BY SEPTEMBER 2, 2018, OR THE VARIANCE APPROVING THE
 DEVELOPMENT WILL EXPIRE.
