 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) REVISED COMMENT: THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING THE NEW A/C
 UNIT ON THE SITE, FLOOR AND LIFE SAFETY PLANS; HOWEVER,
 THE A/C EQUIPMENT IS SHOWN IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND
 AT DIFFERENT SIZES ON THE VARIOUS PLANS. THE SIZE AND
 LOCATION DIFFERENCES AFFECT THE PAD THAT THE A/C IS
 REQUIRED TO SIT ON, AS WELL AS SETBACKS TO THE NORTHERN
 PROPERTY LINE AND IMPERVIOUS SURFACE CALCULATIONS. ALL
 PLANS MUST SHOW THE SAME CONDITIONS. PROVIDE THE
 DIMENSIONS FOR THE A/C EQUIPMENT ON EACH SHEET.
  
 2) SINCE THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE PARTIAL DEMOLITION OF
 THE SECOND FLOOR OF 431 BUNKER ROAD, PRIOR TO THE FIRST
 INSPECTION FOR ANY WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE NEW 1,680
 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION, DEMOLITION MUST HAVE BEGUN TO
 REMOVE THE 1,427 SQUARE FEET OF THE SECOND FLOOR OF 431
 BUNKER ROAD (BUILDING #1).
  
 3) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR:
  
 A. RIGHT-OF-WAY IMPROVEMENTS
 B. BICYCLE RACK
 C. LANDSCAPE
 D. DRIVEWAYS
  
 4) PLEASE REMEMBER THAT, PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE NEW 1,680 SQUARE FOOT
 ADDITION, THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE
 DEMOLITION OF THE 1,427 SQUARE FEET OF THE SECOND FLOOR
 OF BUILDING #1 (OPENING THE SPACE TO THE FIRST FLOOR
 BELOW) AND CLOSED THE BUILDING PERMIT(S).
