 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) SHEETS E-1 AND M-1 SHOW A NEW A/C UNIT ON THE GROUND
 FLOOR ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ADDITION WHICH IS NOT
 SHOWN ON THE SITE, FLOOR OR LIFE SAFETY PLANS. SHEET
 M-1 DOES NOT SHOW THE NORTHERN SET OF DOORS AND LOCATES
 THE A/C WITHIN THE DOOR LOCATION. ALL PLANS MUST SHOW
 THE SAME CONDITIONS.
  
 2) SINCE THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE PARTIAL DEMOLITION OF
 THE SECOND FLOOR OF 431 BUNKER ROAD, PRIOR TO THE FIRST
 INSPECTION FOR ANY WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE NEW 1,680
 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION, DEMOLITION MUST HAVE BEGUN TO
 REMOVE THE 1,427 SQUARE FEET OF THE SECOND FLOOR OF 431
 BUNKER ROAD (BUILDING #1).
  
 3) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR:
  
 A. RIGHT-OF-WAY IMPROVEMENTS
 B. BICYCLE RACK
 C. LANDSCAPE
 D. DRIVEWAYS
  
 4) PLEASE REMEMBER THAT, PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE NEW 1,680 SQUARE FOOT
 ADDITION, THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE
 DEMOLITION OF THE 1,427 SQUARE FEET OF THE SECOND FLOOR
 OF BUILDING #1 (OPENING THE SPACE TO THE FIRST FLOOR
 BELOW) AND CLOSED THE BUILDING PERMIT(S).
