 STATUTES STATES THAT A LOCAL GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE A
 FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE FEE FOR PLAN REVIEW, IF PLANS ARE
 REJECTED (3) OR MORE TIMES FOR REPEATED FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION.

 IN INFORMATION. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 2014 FBC-B BUT UNDER THE GENERAL NOTES THE PLANS
 INDICATE THE DESIGN IS UNDER THE 2007 FBC EDITION.
 PLEASE UPDATE ALL REFERENCES TO THE 2007 FBC. THE 2014
 FBC OR THE 5TH EDITION OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WAS
 ADOPTED STATEWIDE ON JUNE 30/2015.

 TRANSGRESSES THE PROPERTY LINE AND THAT WILL REQUIRE

 BUNKER WILL BECOME A SEPARATE BUILDING WITH A 3 HOUR
 FIRE WALL THAT WILL MEET ALL OF THE FIRE WALL
 REQUIREMENTS. TO BE DISCUSSED LATER ON IN THIS REVIEW.

 THE PROPOSED BUILDING STRUCTURE TRANSGRESSES LEGAL
 BOUNDARY LINES BETWEEN THE LOTS WHICH COMBINE TO FORM
 'THE SITE'. A 'UNITY OF TITLE' SHALL BE
 RECORDED AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE
 RECORDED 'UNITY OF TITLE' DOCUMENT SO THAT FBC TABLE
 601 BOUNDARY LINE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE DEEMED NOT
 APPLICABLE.

 3B) THE SECOND ISSUE THAT WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED IS
 THE 431 BUNKER RD. BUILDING BEING DECLARED BUILDING
 TYPE VB AND A S1 STORAGE OCCUPANCY OF 9,589 SQ. FT.
 NON-SPRINKLERED BUILDING(BUILDING # 1). IN THE 2014
 FBC-B TABLE 503 ALLOWS FOR THIS OCCUPANCY AND BUILDING
 TYPE AN ALLOWABLE 9,000 SQ. FT. PLEASE PROVIDE HOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE FBC-B 503 AND BUILDING AREA
 MODIFICATIONS FOR THIS BUILDING AS WELL THE BUILDING AT
 417 BUNKER RD. WITH AN AREA OF 9805 SQ. FT. (BUILDING #
 2).
  
 4) NEW COMMENT. SHEET A-201 THERE IS A DISCREPANCY IN
 THE PLANS. THE BUILDING AT 431 BUNKER RD. ON THE
 EXISTING BUILDING SHOW A DOOR THROUGH INTO THE NEW
 ADDITION (PROPOSED PLAN) EAST SIDE OF THE EXISTING
 BUILDING. UNDER THE ISSUED PERMIT 14090842 ON THE EAST
 WALL THERE WAS NO DOOR. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION ABOUT THIS OPENING. 107.2.1.3.
  
 5) 2ND REQUEST. THE SUBMITTED ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVAL
 REPORT FL 16739-R7 SHEET 4OF 5 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
 EVERGUARD PVC-60 IS UNDERLINED. APPENDIX1, ON PAGE 1 OF
 34 HAS CIRCLED THE DECK TYPE STEEL DECK. NOTE NONE OF
 THE SUB-SYSTEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THE REST OF THE
 APPENDIX AS TO WHICH WILL BE USED IN THE ROOF
 APPLICATION. NOTE IDENTIFY THE SUB-SYSTEM AND NOT THE
 POUNDS PER SQUARE FOOT AND IF THERE IS A ASTERISK OR
 NOT. PAGE 4 OF 5 LIMITATION 5.8 SYSTEMS MARKED WITH A
 ASTERISK ENHANCED FASTENING IS NOT ALLOWED.
 SHEET A-401 INDICATES THE USE OF ROOF TOP INSULATION OF
 R-30/ METAL B DECK.
  
 6) IMPACT FEES. BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE

 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
