 NOTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! CHAPTER 553.80(2)(B) FLORIDA
 STATUTES STATES THAT A LOCAL GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE A
 FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE FEE FOR PLAN REVIEW, IF PLANS ARE
 REJECTED (3) OR MORE TIMES FOR REPEATED FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION.

 INFILL OF A BUILDING IS ACTUALLY LOCATED ON THE LOT
 JUST EAST OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 431 BUNKER, AT 417
 BUNKER RD, PCN 74-43-44-04-05-000-0070. DISCREPANCY IN
 INFORMATION. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED.107.2.1.3.
  
 2) COMPLIED. THE COVERSHEET, A-000 INDICATES THE PLANS
 UNDER THE HEADING APPLICABLE CODES IS DESIGNED TO THE
 2014 FBC-B BUT UNDER THE GENERAL NOTES THE PLANS
 INDICATE THE DESIGN IS UNDER THE 2007 FBC EDITION.
 PLEASE UPDATE ALL REFERENCES TO THE 2007 FBC. THE 2014
 FBC OR THE 5TH EDITION OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WAS
 ADOPTED STATEWIDE ON JUNE 30/2015.

 BUILDING WITH MEZZANINE SQ. FOOTAGE IS 7912 SQ, FT. THE
 417 BUNKER RD. BUILDING FROM THE PROPERTY APPRAISERS
 SITE IS 9780 SQ. FT. PLUS THE NEW PROPOSED ADDITION OF
 1,680 SQ. FT. IS 19,372 SQ. FT. THIS MEANS THE
 BUILDINGS ARE CROSSING OVER PROPERTY LINES AND WILL
 REQUIRE A UNITY OF TITLE. THE OTHER ISSUE SHEET A-202
 SHOWS NEW OPENINGS IN THE PROPERTY LINE WALL.
  
 UNITY OF TITLE.
 THE PROPOSED BUILDING STRUCTURE TRANSGRESSES LEGAL
 BOUNDARY LINES BETWEEN THE LOTS WHICH COMBINE TO FORM
 'THE SITE'. A 'UNITY OF TITLE' SHALL BE
 RECORDED AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE
 RECORDED 'UNITY OF TITLE' DOCUMENT SO THAT FBC TABLE
 601 BOUNDARY LINE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE DEEMED NOT
 APPLICABLE.

 SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT ALL
 BUILDINGS CONTAINING A GROUP S-1 OCCUPANCY WHERE ONE OF
 THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS EXISTS:
 1. A GROUP S-1 FIRE AREA EXCEEDS 12,000 SQUARE FEE.
 5. A GROUP S-1 OCCUPANCY USED FOR THE STORAGE OF
 UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE OR MATTRESSES EXCEEDS 2,500
 SQUARE FEET.

 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE

 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
