 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES WORK UNDER THIS
 PERMIT WILL BE LOCATED AT 431 BUNKER BY THE PCN
 73-43-44-04-05-000-0110. SHEET A-100 IT APPEARSTHIS
 INFILL OF A BUILDING IS ACTUALLY LOCATED ON THE LOT
 JUST EAST OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 431 BUNKER, AT 417
 BUNKER RD, PCN 74-43-44-04-05-000-0070. DISCRPANCY IN
 INFORMATION. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED.107.2.1.3.
  
 2) THE COVERSHEET, A-000 INDICATES THE PLANS UNDER THE
 HEADING APPLICABLE CODES IS DESIGNED TO THE 2014 FBC-B
 BUT UNDER THE GENERAL NOTES THE PLANS INDICATE THE
 DESIGN IS UNDER THE 2007 FBC EDITION. PLEASE UPDATE ALL
 REFERENCES TO THE 2007 FBC. THE 2014 FBC OR THE 5TH
 EDITION OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WAS ADOPTED
 STATEWIDE ON JUNE 30/2015.
  
 3) THE COVERSHEET, A-000 INDICATES WITH THE PROPOSED
 1,6778 SQ. FT. ADDITION THE TOTAL SQ. FOOTAGE OF THE
 BUILDING IS 19,389 SQ. FT. THE 431 BUNKER RD. BUILDING
 WITH MEZZANINE SQ. FOOTAGE IS 7912 SQ, FT. THE 417
 BUNKER RD. BUILDING FROM THE PROPERTY APPRAISERS SITE
 IS 9780 SQ. FT. PLUS THE NEW PROPOSED ADDTION OF 1,680
 SQ. FT. IS 19,372 SQ. FT. THIS MEANS THE BUILDINGS ARE
 CROSSING OVER PROPERTY LINES AND WILL REQUIRE A UNITITY
 OF TITLE. THE OTHER ISSUE SHEET A-202 SHOWS NEW
 OPENJNGS IN THE PROPERTY LINE WALL.
  
 UNITY OF TITLE.
 THE PROPOSED BUILDING STRUCTURE TRANSGRESSES LEGAL
 BOUNDARY LINES BETWEEN THE LOTS WHICH COMBINE TO FORM
 'THE SITE'. A 'UNITY OF TITLE' SHALL BE
 RECORDED AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE
 RECORDED 'UNITY OF TITLE' DOCUMENT SO THAT FBC TABLE
 601 BOUNDARY LINE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE DEEMED NOT
 APPLICABLE.

 SQUARE FEET. PLEASE SEE THE 2014 FBC-EXISITNG BUILDING
 SECTION 1101.2 CREATION OR EXTENSION OF NONCONFORMITY.
 AN ADDITION SHALL NOT CREATE OR EXTEND ANY
 NONCONFORMITY IN THE EXISTING BUILDING TO WHICH THE
 ADDITION IS BEING MADE WITH REGARD TO ACCESSIBILITY,
 STRUCTURAL STRENGTH, FIRE SAFETY, MEANS OF EGRESS, OR
 THE CAPACITY OF MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, OR ELECTRICAL
 SYSTEMS.
  
 4A) PLEASE PROVIDE WITH THE TOTAL COMBINED AREA OF THE

 UNLESS FIRE SEPARATION AS REQUIRED BY THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING IS PROVIDED.

 SPRINKLERED? THE BUILDING AT 431 BUNKER IS
 NON-SPRINKLERED CURRENTLY. PLEASE SEE THE 2014 EXISITNG
 BUILDING CODE SECTION 1102.3 FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS.
 EXISTING FIRE AREAS INCREASED BY THE ADDITION SHALL
 COMPLY WITH CHAPTER 9 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 BUILDING. NOT ONLY IS THERE AN ADDITION BUT A UNITITY
 OF TITLE INCREASING THE SIZE OF THE BUILDING TO OVER
 19,000 SQUARE FEET.
  
 2014 FBC-B [F] 903.2.9 GROUP S-1. AN AUTOMATIC
 SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT ALL
 BUILDINGS CONTAINING A GROUP S-1 OCCUPANCY WHERE ONE OF
 THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS EXISTS:
 1. A GROUP S-1 FIRE AREA EXCEEDS 12,000 SQUARE FEE.
 5. A GROUP S-1 OCCUPANCY USED FOR THE STORAGE OF
 UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE OR MATTRESSES EXCEEDS 2,500
 SQUARE FEET.
  
 5) THE SUBMITTED ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVAL REPORT FL
 16739-R7 SHEET 4OF 5 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION EVERGUARD
 PVC-60 IS UNDERLINED. APPENDIX1, ON PAGE 1 OF 34 HAS
 CIRCLED THE DECK TYPE STEEL DECK. NOTE NONE OF THE
 SUB-SYSTEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THE REST OF THE APPENDIX
 AS TO WHICH WILL BE USED IN THE ROOF APPLICATION. NOTE
 IDENTIFY THE SUB-SYSTEM AND NOT THE POUNDS PER SQUARE
 FOOT AND IF THERE IS A ASTERISK OR NOT. PAGE 4 OF 5
 LIMITATION 5.8 SYSTEMS MARKED WITH A ASTERISK ENHANCED
 FASTENING IS NOT ALLOWED.
  
 6) IMPACT FEES. BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL (561)233-5025 FOR MORE

 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
