 1) THE AC SYSTEM AT 57, 340 BTUH MAXIMUM COOLING
 CAPACITY IS UNDERSIZED PER THE SUBMITTED CALCULATIONS
 WHICH INDICATE A HEAT LOAD OF APPROXIMATELY 63,700
 BTUH. ADDITIONALLY, THE CALCULATION IS BASED ON 568
 CFMS OF OUTSIDE VENTILATION AIR, HOWEVER THE
 VENTILATION CALCULATION ON SHEET M3.01 IS REQUIRING 790
 CFMS OF O/A FOR OCCUPANTS. PLEASE NOTE THAT INDUSTRY
 STANDARDS TYPICALLY SET O/A CFMS FOR SYSTEMS AT
 APPROXIMATELY 15- 20% OF SYSTEM CFM CAPACITY DEPENDING
 ON THE OCCUPANT LOADS. PLEASE REVISE THE CALCULATIONS
 AND SYSTEM SELECTION ACCORDINGLY.
 2) M2.01: THE 24"X24" RETURN GRILL IS UNDERSIZED FOR
 1900 CFMS. A MINIMUM OF 950 SQ. IN. OF FREE AIR RETURN
 IS REQUIRED.
 3) THE CU STAND ANCHORING DETAIL TO THE ROOF STRUCTURE
 ON M4.01 IS IN CONFLICT WITH THE DETAIL ON SHEET A4.10-
 PLEASE CORRECT.
 4) THE $30,000 JOB VALUE FOR 1600 SQ.FT. OF COMMERCIAL
 BUILDOUT. PLEASE PROVIDE AN ACCURATE JOB VALUE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 109.3 WPPB AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FBC-10 BUILDING CODE: PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
