 STATED IN THE PLANS 1682 SQ. FT. THE BUILDING SCALE
 INDICATES 1/8 INCH / FOOT THE TOTAL OVERALL SQUARE FEET
 IS OVER 6580 SQUARE FEET. GOOGLE SHOWS FOR LEASE SIGNS
 WITH 1800 =/- SQUARE FEET. PLEASE CORRECT THE
 DISCREPANCIES IN THE PLAN. 107.2.1.3.
  
 1B) THE BUILDING CODE SUMMARY LIST THIS ALTERATION AS A
 LEVEL 3, A LEVEL 3 ALTERATION PER THE 2014 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE 505.1 SCOPE. LEVEL 3 ALTERATIONS APPLY
 WHERE THE WORK AREA EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE AGGREGATE
 AREA OF THE BUILDING. PLEASE PROVIDE WHERE 50 % OF THE
 FLOOR AREA IS BEING ALTERED? THIS BUILDING APPEARS TO
 BE A PARTIAL CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY AND WOULD NEED TO
 COMPLY WITH 2014 FBC-EXISTING BLDG. CODE 1001.3.1
 PARTIAL CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION. WHERE A
 PORTION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING IS CHANGED TO A NEW
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION, SECTION 1012 SHALL APPLY.

 INDICATE A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY OF 1682/100= 17 OCCUPANTS
 . THE OFFICE/ WORKROOM IS ONLY 462 SQ. FT. OR A
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF 5. FOR BOTH THE A1 THEATER AND THE A3
 PLACE OF WORSHIP THE OCCUPANT LOAD IS FIGURED AT 15
 SQUARE FEET PER OCCUPANT (NET) PER FBC-B TABLE
 1004.1.2. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF
 THE BUILDING AND OCCUPANT LOAD.
  
 1D) PLEASE SHOW THE MEANS OF EGRESS PATH NOT AS A
 SINGLE LINE BUT THE WIDTH OF THE MEANS OF EGRESS AND
 OCCUPANT LOADS. THIS SQUARE FOOTAGE CAN BE DELETED FROM
 THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE AS WELL AS THE RESTROOMS AND
 WALLS (NET) SEE CHAPTER 2 DEFINITIONS.
  
 1E) PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DETAIL AS TO THE USAGE OF
 THE OFFICE / WORK ROOM. PLEASE DEFINE WHAT ACTIVITIES
 WILL BE TAKING PLACE IN THE WORK ROOM. THE SECOND MEANS
 OF EGRESS IS THROUGH THE WORK ROOM.
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2914 FBC-B 1014.2 EGRESS THROUGH
 INTERVENING SPACES WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED AS TO THE
 ALLOWABLE USAGE OF THE ROOM, AND A DEMARCATED PATH
 CLEAR OF FURNITURE AND OR OBSTACLES.
  
 2) SHEET A0.10 SHOWS WHAT APPEARS TO BE A CURTAIN HUNG
 ACROSS WHAT APPEARS TO BE A PRE-FUNCTION AREA AND THE
 MAIN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 2014 FBC-B 1008.1 MEANS OF EGRESS DOORS SHALL BE
 READILY DISTINGUISHABLE FROM THE ADJACENT CONSTRUCTION
 AND FINISHES SUCH THAT THE DOORS ARE EASILY
 RECOGNIZABLE AS DOORS. MIRRORS OR SIMILAR REFLECTING
 MATERIALS SHALL NOT BE USED ON MEANS OF EGRESS DOORS.
 MEANS OF EGRESS DOORS SHALL NOT BE CONCEALED BY
 CURTAINS, DRAPES, DECORATIONS OR SIMILAR MATERIALS.
  
 3) SHEET A0.10 LIST THE FRONT AREA OF THE THEATER AS A
 LOBBY. IS THIS AREA TO BE CONSIDERED A PRE-FUNCTION
 AREA WHERE PERSONS ARE ADMITTED TO THE BUILDING AT
 TIMES WHEN SEATS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, SUCH PERSONS SHALL
 BE ALLOWED TO WAIT IN A LOBBY OR SIMILAR SPACE,
 PROVIDED SUCH LOBBY OR SIMILAR SPACE SHALL NOT ENCROACH
 UPON THE REQUIRED CLEAR WIDTH OF THE MEANS OF EGRESS.
 SUCH FOYER, IF NOT DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO A PUBLIC
 STREET BY ALL THE MAIN ENTRANCES OR EXITS, SHALL HAVE A
 STRAIGHT AND UNOBSTRUCTED CORRIDOR OR PATH OF TRAVEL TO

 5F) NONE OF THE PLANS PROVIDE A SECTION THROUGH THE
 EXTERIOR WALL INDICATING IF THERE IS A PARAPET WALL
 LOCATED NEXT TO THE A/C ROOF TOP CONDENSER. PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH :
 2014 FBC- 1013.6 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. GUARDS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WHERE APPLIANCES, EQUIPMENT, FANS, ROOF HATCH
 OPENINGS OR OTHER COMPONENTS THAT REQUIRE SERVICE ARE
 LOCATED WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF A ROOF EDGE OR OPEN
 SIDE OF A WALKING SURFACE AND SUCH EDGE OR OPEN SIDE IS
 LOCATED MORE THAN 30 INCHES (762 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR,
 ROOF OR GRADE BELOW. THE GUARD SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED SO
 AS TO PREVENT THE PASSAGE OF A SPHERE 21 INCHES (533
 MM) IN DIAMETER. THE GUARD SHALL EXTEND NOT LESS THAN
 30 INCHES (762 MM) BEYOND EACH END OF SUCH APPLIANCE,
