 1) THE FOLLOWING SHEETS SHALL WERE NOT CORRECTED FROM
 THE APRIL PLAN REVIEW AND SHALL BE UPDATED WITH A
 REVISION SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DIVISION AND
 APPROVED PRIOR TO THE FIRST INSPECTION.

 2) PRIOR TO FIRST INSPECTION A REVISION SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DIVISION AND APPROVED WHICH
 SHOWS THE INTERIM PARKING PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 MARK-UP SENT TO URBAN DESIGN KILDAY STUDIOS. THE
 PARKING PLAN SHALL BE MAINTAINED THROUGHOUT THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF PHASES I & II. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 PORSCHE SITE PLAN REQUIRES A TOTAL OF 56 PARKING SPACES
 AND ONLY 19 ARE PROVIDED ON THE PORSCHE PHASE. THE PLAN
 SHALL SHOW AN ADDITIONAL 37 PARKING SPACES.
  
 3) IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION NO. 207-15, PRIOR TO
 THE CONSTRUCTION IN THE EXCHANGE COURT RIGHT-OF-WAY,
 THE APPLICANT SHALL:
  
 A. SECURE A CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT.
 B. SECURE APPROVAL FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DIVISION FOR THE PLANTING AND IRRIGATION IN THE
 EXCHANGE COURT RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 C. PROVIDE THE INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR THE CITY TO
 DRAFT A MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE
 TREES AND IRRIGATION WITHIN THE EXCHANGE COURT
 RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE PLANNING DIVISION FOR REVIEW AND
 APPROVAL BY THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE. THE APPROVED
 AGREEMENT SHALL BE RECORDED BY THE APPLICANT PRIOR TO
 THE COMMENCEMENT OF SITE WORK.
  
 4) PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE PHASE II (BUILDING D)
 CONSTRUCTION, THE APPLICANT SHALL PROVIDE VERIFICATION
 THAT THE UTILITY EASEMENTS IN CONFLICT WITH THE
 BUILDING LOCATION HAVE BEEN ABANDONED.
  
 5) PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY FOR THE PORSCHE DEALERSHIP (BUILDING E), THE
 APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT A MINOR PD AMENDMENT FOR THE
 AS-BUILT CHANGES, TO INCLUDE THE ELEVATIONS AND GARAGE
 FLOOR PLANS.
  
 6) THE CIVIL PLANS DID NOT CORRECT THE DRAWINGS TO SHOW
 A BARRIER THE FULL DEPTH OF THE ADA PARKING SPACE BY
 THE EXIT TO THE PROPOSED MINI SERVICE TO PREVENT CARS
 EXITING THE SERVICE AREA FROM DRIVING INTO THE SIDE OF
 THE SPACE. THIS SHALL BE SHOWN CORRECTLY ON THE PERMIT
 PLANS FOR THIS PHASE OF CONSTRUCTION.
  
 7) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A. PARKING LOT STRIPING
 B. LANDSCAPE
 C. SITE LIGHTING
 D. FENCES AND GATES
 E. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 F. BICYCLE RACK
 G. SIGNAGE
 H. GENERATOR
