 1) THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORM 506-2014 MUST BE
 CERTIFIED WITH SIGNATURES OF THE LICENSED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONALS OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT- SECTION C103.1.1
 FBC-14 ENERGY CONSERVATION.
 2) THE ASHRAE 90.1 MANDATORY COMPLIANCE CHECKLIST MUST
 BE COMPLETED AND ATTACHED TO FORM 506-2014.
 3) ENERGY COMPLIANCE DATA FOR THE FOLLOWING SYSTEMS
 SHOWN ON THE PLANS WAS NOT LISTED IN FORM 506-2014:
 RTU'S 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10; AHU'S 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10; AND
 MINI-SPLIT SYSTEMS MS- 1, 2, 4, & 5.
 4) RTU-3 IS LISTED AS 13 SEER IN THE AC SCHEDULE BUT
 LISTED AS 12 EER IN FORM 506-2014- PLEASE SEE TABLE
 C403.2.3(1) FBC-14 ENERGY CONSERVATION.
 5) THE AC LOAD CALCS INDICATE 4575 CFM'S OF OUTSIDE
 VENTILATION AIR FOR AHU- 1&2, HOWEVER THOSE SYSTEMS ARE
 NOT INCLUDED IN THE OUTDOOR AIR CALCULATIONS AND
 SCHEDULE ON SHEET M0.2, AND THERE IS NO O/A DUCT SHOWN
 ON THE PLANS FOR THOSE UNITS.
 6) THE AC LOAD CALCS INDICATE 522 CFM'S OF OUTSIDE
 VENTILATION AIR FOR AHU-11, HOWEVER THE SYSTEM IS NOT
 INCLUDED IN THE O/A CALCS OR SCHEDULE ON M0.2, AND
 THERE IS NO O/A DUCT SHOWN ON THE PLAN FOR THE SYSTEM.
 7) PLEASE REMOVE RTU-5 FROM THE O/A SCHEDULE: IT IS NOT
 IN THE EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE OR THE CALCS.
 8) HOW IS O/A BEING PROVIDED TO AHU'S 3, 4, 5, & 9. THE
 PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE A MEANS OF SUPPLY.
 9) M0.2: THE O/A CALCULATION FOR THE PORSCHE SHOWROOM
 (RTU-1) IS INCORRECT. THE MINIMAL O/A REQUIRED IS 822
 CFM'S. PLEASE REVIEW THE AC LOAD CALCS FOR THE SYSTEM.
 10) M1.0: PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 3006.2 FBC-14 BUILDING
 (VENTING FOR ELEVATOR MACHINE ROOMS). CLARIFY IF THE
 STORAGE ROOM BY THE ELEVATOR MEETS THE CRITERIA LISTED
 IN THE CODE SECTION. PLEASE NOTE AN INDEPENDENT AC
 SYSTEM MAY BE REQUIRED.
 11) M1.0A: THE E90 DIFFUSERS SHOWN AT ELEVATOR 2 AND
 THE SEATING AREA ARE MISLABELED PER THE TERMINAL
 SCHEDULE ON M0.1.
 12) M1.1: THE EXHAUST TERMINATION OUTLETS FOR EF-3, & 4
 ARE NOT SHOWN TO BE DISCHARGING TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE
 BUILDING. PLEASE CLARIFY AND SEE SECTION 501.3.1 FOR
 COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS.
 13) M1.2: THE EB150 RETURN GRILLS IN THE LOCKER ROOMS
 ARE MISLABELED PER THE TERMINAL SCHEDULE ON M0.1.
 14) M1.5: CLARIFY HOW MAKE-UP AIR IS BEING PROVIDED FOR
 GARAGE LEVEL 2 EXHAUST, AND PROVIDE A CALCULATION.
 15) PROVIDE A SEQUENCE OF OPERATION FOR THE DUCT SMOKE
 DETECTORS, AND CLARIFY IF SYSTEMS IN THE SAME FIRE
 AREAS OR FLOORS WILL BE LINKED TOGETHER FOR FAN
 SHUTDOWN. IF THESE DETAILS ARE ON THE FIRE ALARM PLANS
 PLEASE REFERENCE THE SHEET NUMBER ON THE MECHANICAL
 PLANS.
 16) PROVIDE SUPPORT AND HANGING DETAILS FOR
 INSTALLATION OF THE AHU'S AND VAV BOXES.
 17) INDICATE HOW ACCESS FOR SERVICING AND REPLACEMENT
 OF THE AHU'S AND VAV BOXES WILL BE PROVIDED- SECTION
 306.1 FBC-14 MECHANICAL.
 18) SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE C0 AND
 N02 DETECTORS WITH REVIEW AND APPROVAL SIGNATURES FROM
 THE ENGINEER OF RECORD.
 19) SUBMIT FL. PRODUCT APPROVALS AND/OR MIAMI-DADE
 NOA'S FOR THE EXHAUST AND AIR INTAKE LOUVERS, THE ROOF
 STANDS, AND THE RTU CURBS, AND THE ROOF FAN CURBS. ALL
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BEAR REVIEW AND APPROVAL SIGNATURES BY
 THE EOR.
 20) PROVIDE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY CONDENSATE DISPOSAL
 PLANS AND DETAILS FOR THE AHU'S AND THE MINI-SPLITS.
 PLEASE SHOW THE PIPING RUNS AND DISCHARGE LOCATIONS ON
 THE PLANS.
 21) SITE SPECIFIC ENEGINEERING IS REQUIRED FOR TIE-DOWN
 OF ALL ROOF TOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT- SECTION 301.15
 FBC-14 MECHANICAL. THE DETAILS ON SHEET M5.0 ARE
 INCOMPLETE AND REQUIRE SUBMITTALS FOR CURBS AND STANDS
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE ENGINEER OF
 RECORD. THE ENGINEER OF RECORD SHALL PROVIDE THE NOA
 NUMBERS FOR THE COMPONENTS ON THE BOTH THE STRUCTURAL
 AND MECHANICAL PLANS.
