 ALLOWABLE COPY AREA [ZLDR SEC. 94-409, TABLE XIII - 1].
  
 B. PROVIDE BUILDING ELEVATION WITH LOCATION OF SIGNS
 [ZLDR SEC. 94-408(D)(1)(E)].
  
 C. MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE NUMBER OF SIGNS ON THE BUILDING
 FACADE IS 3 [ZLDR SEC. 94-408(D)(1)(D)]. YOU MAY GROUP
 SIGNS TOGETHER FOR PURPOSE OF DELINEATING 3 MAXIMUM
 SIGNS AND COUNT THE BLANK AREA BETWEEN THE SIGNS AS
 COPY AREA. FOR EXAMPLE, IF 2 SIGNS LIKE THE 'SUBARU'
 AND THE LOGO NEED TO BE BOXED TOGETHER ON THE PLANS AS
 ONE SIGN, THEN THE SPACE BETWEEN THE TWO SIGNS IS ALSO
 INCLUDED AS PART OF THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE COPY AREA.
