 REVIEW COMMENTS - FIRE DEPARTMENT
  
 WEST TRAILER EXITS (X3) APPEAR TO DISCHARGE INTO THE
 GRASS. EXIT DISCHARGES SHALL BE ILLUMINATED AND SHALL
 TERMINATE AT A PUBLIC WAY SUCH AS A SIDEWALK, STREET,
 PARKING LOT, ETC.
  
 PER SECTION 10.12.1.2 (NFPA 1), PROVIDE BUILDING
 ADDRESS VISIBLE FROM THE STREET. NUMBERS SHALL BE
 ATTACHED TO THE BUILDING AND BE AT LEAST SIX-INCHES IN
 HEIGHT WITH 1-INCH STROKE AND SHALL CONTRAST THE
 BACKGROUND.
  
 STRUCTURES WITH LIGHT FRAME FLOOR/ROOF TRUSS
 CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IDENTIFIED WITH A SIGN AFFIXED TO
 THE BUILDING. THE SIGN SHALL FEATURE A MALTESE CROSS
 8-INCHES WIDE AND 8-INCHES TALL AND BE OF A BRIGHT RED
 REFLECTIVE COLOR AND BEAR THE APPROPRIATE LETTER R
 DESIGNATION PER FLORIDA STATUTE 633.027 AND FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 69A-60.0081.
  
 PROVIDE TACTILE SIGNAGE AT ALL REQUIRED EXIT DOORS WITH
 EXIT SIGNS.
  
 PROVIDE PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. EXTINGUISHERS
 SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RATING OF 2A:10BC AND SHALL BE
 TAGGED BY A LICENSED FIRE EXTINGUISHER COMPANY. TRAVEL
 DISTANCE TO EXTINGUISHERS SHALL NOT EXCEED 75 FEET.
  
 NOTE: SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS NEEDED FOR PRIVATE
 UNDERGROUND FIRE LINE/FIRE HYDRANT AND FIRE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEM.
  
 NOTE: REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY THE AHJ SHALL NOT RELIEVE
 THE OWNER, CONTRACTOR, ETC. OF THE RESPONSIBILITY OF
 COMPLIANCE WITH CODE (NFPA 1, SECTION 1.14.4). FBC
 SECTION 105.4.1 PERMIT INTENT: A PERMIT ISSUED SHALL BE
 CONSTRUED TO BE A LICENSE TO PROCEED WITH THE WORK AND
 NOT AS AUTHORITY TO VIOLATE, CANCEL, ALTER OR SET ASIDE
 ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE TECHNICAL CODES, NOR SHALL
 ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT PREVENT THE BUILDING OFFICIAL FROM
 THEREAFTER REQUIRING A CORRECTION OF ERRORS IN PLANS,
 CONSTRUCTION OR VIOLATIONS OF THIS CODE.
