 THE FENCE SEPARATING THE POOL DECK AND TOT LOT NEEDS TO

 SPACES WITH ONE EXIT OR EXIT ACCESS DOORWAY.
 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 207.1 ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF
 EGRESS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2003 IBC SECTION 1007.
 2003 IBC-B 1007.1. WHERE 2 OR MORE MEANS OF EGRESS IS
 REQUIRED BY SECTION 1014.1 OR 1018.1 FROM ANY
 ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF THE SPACE SHALL BE SERVED BY NOT
 LESS THAN TWO ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF EGRESS.
  
 4) THIS IS JUST NOTICE TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE 2014
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 1009.1 GENERAL.
 WHERE PROVIDED, POOL LIFTS, SLOPED ENTRIES, TRANSFER
 WALLS, TRANSFER SYSTEMS, AND POOL STAIRS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH 1009.
  
 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE. 1009.2 POOL LIFTS. POOL
 LIFTS SHALL COMPLY WITH 1009.2.
  
 ADVISORY 1009.2 POOL LIFTS. THERE ARE A VARIETY OF
 SEATS AVAILABLE ON POOL LIFTS RANGING FROM SLING SEATS
 TO THOSE THAT ARE PREFORMED OR MOLDED. POOL LIFT SEATS
 WITH BACKS WILL ENABLE A LARGER POPULATION OF PERSONS
 WITH DISABILITIES TO USE THE LIFT. POOL LIFT SEATS THAT
 CONSIST OF MATERIALS THAT RESIST CORROSION AND PROVIDE
 A FIRM BASE TO TRANSFER WILL BE USABLE BY A WIDER RANGE
 OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. ADDITIONAL OPTIONS SUCH AS
 ARMRESTS, HEAD RESTS, SEAT BELTS, AND LEG SUPPORT WILL
 ENHANCE ACCESSIBILITY AND BETTER ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE
 WITH A WIDE RANGE OF DISABILITIES.
 1009.2.1 POOL LIFT LOCATION. POOL LIFTS SHALL BE
 LOCATED WHERE THE WATER LEVEL DOES NOT EXCEED 48 INCHES
 (1220 MM).
  
 5) SHEET 033-A-1 FLOOR PLANS THE RESTROOMS DO NOT
 INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014 FBC-B 454.1.6.1.1
 ONE DIAPER CHANGING TABLE SHALL BE PROVIDED AT EACH
 RESTROOM. DIAPER CHANGING TABLES ARE NOT REQUIRED AT
 RESTROOMS WHERE ALL POOLS SERVED ARE RESTRICTED TO
 ADULT USE ONLY.
  
 6) 2014 FBC-B 1008.2 GATES. GATES SERVING THE MEANS OF
 EGRESS SYSTEM SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 THIS SECTION. GATES USED AS A COMPONENT IN A MEANS OF
 EGRESS SHALL CONFORM TO THE APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS FOR
 DOORS.
 1008.1.10 PANIC AND FIRE EXIT HARDWARE. DOORS SERVING A
 GROUP H OCCUPANCY AND DOORS SERVING ROOMS OR SPACES
 WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR MORE IN A GROUP A OR E
 OCCUPANCY SHALL NOT BE PROVIDED WITH A LATCH OR LOCK
 UNLESS IT IS PANIC HARDWARE OR FIRE EXIT HARDWARE.

 IDENTIFY WHICH TYPE OF WINDOW IS TO BE INSTALLED. NOTE
 THERE ARE IMPACT AND NON-IMPACT RATED WINDOWS, IF
 NON-IMPACT WINDOWS ARE TO BE INSTALLED THEN STORM
 SHUTTERS FOR OPENING PROTECTION AGAINST IMPACT WILL
