 PASSAGEWAYS OTHER THAN EXTERIOR OPENINGS SHALL BE
 LIMITED TO THOSE NECESSARY FOR EXIT ACCESS TO THE EXIT
 PASSAGEWAY FROM NORMALLY OCCUPIED SPACES AND FOR EGRESS
 FROM THE EXIT PASSAGEWAY. WHERE AN INTERIOR EXIT

 MEZZANINE ABOVE, IS THERE 2 MEZZANINES ONE ON THE 1ST

 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. THIS AREA MAYNOT BE AN ACTUAL

 14) 107.3.4.1 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA

 TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 15) EITHER THE CONTRACTOR OR THE DESIGNER OF RECORD MAY
 REQUEST THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR COMPONENTS AND
 CLADDING TO BE DEFERRED. 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS.
 FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS
 ARE DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE
 NOT SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE
 APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL
 OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST THE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR
 REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 16) CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY ASSEMBLY: IMPACT FEES BEFORE A
 PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE
 PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF
 PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE
 PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION. PLEASE

 17) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
