 EITHER THE DELETION OR ADDITION OF PROPERTY LINES.
 THE SITE PLAN DATED 6/12/2012 SHOWS THE MODULAR
 BUILDING BEING SET WITHIN 5-0? OF THE PROPERTY LINE
 WHEREAS THE SITE PLAN DATED 8/15/2013 IT APPEARS THERE
 WAS EITHER A UNITY OF PROPERTY OR A REPLAT OF THIS
 AREA. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, IS THE
 INTERNAL ROAD TO THE SITE GOING TO HAVE ITS OWN NAME
 AND ADDRESS. BEFORE PERMIT ISSUANCE THE CITY WILL NEED

 TEMPORARY, PLEASE PROVIDE THE DATES THIS STRUCTURE WILL
 BE OCCUPIED FOR USE. 108.1 GENERAL. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE A PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY
 STRUCTURES AND TEMPORARY USES. SUCH PERMITS SHALL BE
 LIMITED AS TO TIME OF SERVICE, BUT SHALL NOT BE
 PERMITTED FOR MORE THAN 6MONTHS. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 IS AUTHORIZED TO GRANT EXTENSIONS FOR DEMONSTRATED
 CAUSE.
 105.1 TIME LIMITATION. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS
 AUTHORIZED TO GRANT ONE OR MORE (2) EXTENSIONS OF TIME
 FOR ADDITIONAL PERIODS NOT EXCEEDING THREE MONTHS EACH.
 THE EXTENSION SHALL BE REQUESTED IN WRITING PRIOR TO
 THE ABANDONMENT DATE AND JUSTIFIABLE CAUSE

 THE SQUARE FEET OF THE BUILDING AND PROPOSED OCCUPANT
 LOAD OF AN A3 ASSEMBLY BUILDING THE MODULAR PLANS WOULD
 NEED TO BE RE-DESIGNED FOR OCCUPANT LOAD, FLOOR
 LOADING, ACCESSIBLE EGRESS PATH, ENERGY CALCULATIONS,
 PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL SYSTEMS. DISCREPANCY IN PLANS.
