 SET BACK/SEPARATION (ASSUMED PROPERTY LINES)
 LOCATION OF SPECIFIC TANKS, WATER LINES AND SEWER LINES
 FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, FLOOD ZONES, AND DESIGN FLOOD
 ELEVATIONS
  
 2) THE MOD SPACE PLANS DO NOT HAVE A DCA STATE APPROVAL
 BY A 3RD PARTY AGENCY. THE PLANS ARE THE EQUIVALENT TO
 A SITE BUILT STRUCTURE. CAN INSPECTION AFFADAVITS FROM
 THE MANUFACTURER PLANT BE OBTAINED, IF NOT THE
 STRUCTURE HAS TO BE OPENED UP FOR THE CITY STAFF TO BE
 ABLE TO VERIFY CODE COMPLIANCE.
  
 3) THIS STRUCTURE IS GOING TO BE USED AS TEMPORARY GOLF
 FACILITY. THE TERM TEMPORARY IS LESS THAN 180 DAYS. THE
 USE WILL REQUIRE COMPLIANCE WITH EITHER LARGE MISSILE
 IMPACT WINDOWS OR STORM SHUTTERS FOR ALL GLAZED

 6A) SHEET A001 DESIGN PARAMETERS INDICATE BUILDING
 CLASSIFICATION AS A R-3 OCCUPANCY, BUT THE PLANS STATE
 TEMPORARY GOFL FACILITY. PLEASE CORRECT OCCUPANCY
 PROUP. 2010 FBC-B 304.1.
  
 6B) NO WIND DESIGN WAS PROVIDED ON ANY OF THE PLANS.
 2014 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA.
  
 6C) SHEET A101 & A102 ARE DETAIL SHEETS THA ARE
 INCOMPLETE. THERE ARE MANY IDENTIFICATION TAGS, BUT NO
 LEGEND AS TO WHAT THEY ARE. THERE ARE NO HEIGHT
 DIMENSIONS FOR HANDRAILS NOR GUARDRAILS. THE PLANS ARE
 BASICALLY INCOMPLETE IN FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK OUTLINED.
 A THOROUGH REVIEW CANNOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME, AS A
 RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY APPEAR THAT WERE NOT PART OF
 THIS REVIEW.
  
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHALL
 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE,
 AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS
 ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES.
  
 6D) NOTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! CHAPTER 553.80(2)(B) FLORIDA
 STATUTES STATES THAT A LOCAL GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE A
 FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE FEE FOR PLAN REVIEW, IF PLANS ARE
 REJECTED (3) OR MORE TIMES FOR REPEATED FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION.
  
 7) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 8) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
