 2.PLEASE INCLUDE A TABLE WITH THE REQUIRED PARKING
 SPACES FOR THE COURTHOUSE TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE PARKING FOR THE ENTIRE SITE (DOH, DMS PLUS
 COURTHOUSE). PLEASE INCLUDE THE TOTAL COUNT OF COMPACT
 SPACES (SEC 94-486(N)(1)).
 3. PLEASE INLCUDE A TABLE IN THE SITE PLAN SHEET
 INDICATING THE FAR CALCULATIONS FOR THE ENTIRE SITE.
 4.THE MASONRY VENEER SHALL BE MAINTAINED AS PRESENTED
 AND APPROVED BY THE BOARD (NO STUCCO).

 7. PLEASE SUBMIT A HARDSCAPE DRAWINGS INDICATING ALL
 THE TREATMENTS ON THE EXTERIOR, AND THE STREET
 LIGHTING.
 8. PLEASE PROVIDE SPECS FOR THE MASONRY VENEER,
 INDICATING THE COLOR. ACCORDING TO THE DAC APPROVAL, "A
 DARKER COLOR LIMESTONE SHALL BE USED WITHIN THE
 VERTICAL ELEMENTS OF THE WINDOW, SIMILAR IN COLOR TO
 THE GLAZING. THE PILASTERS SHALL BE KEPT CONSISTENT AND
 LIGHTER IN COLOR".
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS ON THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AND
 ANY MECHANICAL ENCLOSURED. IN ADDITION TO A WALL OR
 OPAQUE FENCE A HEDGE IS REQUIRED.

 11.PLEASE INDICATE THE ADDITIONAL ALLUMINUM FRAME
 ORIGINALLY PROPOSED FOR NORTH AND SOUTH GARAGE
 ELEVATIONS.

 REQUIRED GARDEN PLAZA BASED ON THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE

 UTILITY VALVES NEAR GARAGE ENTRANCE ON DATURA STREET.
 15. PLEASE LABEL THE TWO TREES ALONG THE GARAGE DATURA
 ELEVATION LOCATED BETWEEN PINK HIBISCUS AND THE PIGEUM
 PLUM.
 16. THE PROPOSED 6' HIGH PINK HIBISCUS DOES NOT COMPLY
 WITH THE DEFINITION OF A TREE. A TREE MUST BE ABLE TO
 GROW UP TO A MINIMUM OF 15 FEET.
 17. STREET TREES ALONG DATURA ST SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF
 14' OVERALL HEIGHT.
 18. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO INDICATE HOW THE
 PROJECT INTENDS TO COMPLY WITH THE REGULATION REGARDING
 EXPOSED PARKING ON ROOF TOP GARAGE STRUCTURES.
 19. PLEASE REVIEW ALL THE COMMENTS PROVIDED BY THE
 DIFFERENT DISCIPLINES THROUGH THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL
 AND CONFIRM COMPLIANCE.
