 3. ARCHITECTURAL DRAWING A100 DOES NOT MATCH CIVIL AND
 LA DRAWINGS.
 4. PLEASE CHANGE TREE GRATE SPEC FOR A 4 BY 4 SIZE.
 5. 1ST FLOOR STAIR EXIT DOOR IS NOT INDICATED ON
 PARKING LEVEL 1.
 6. PLEASE RELOCATE THE PROPOSED BOLARDS ALONG THE CURB,
 ALIGNED WITH THE TREES. THE PURPOSE IS TO HAVE A CLEAR
 SIDEWALK FOR PEDESTRIANS.
 7. CORNER PLAZA DESIGNS SHALL START AT THE SAME LEVEL
 THATN THE SPECIALTY PAVER TREATMENT OF THE COURTHOURSE
 ENTRANCE (14' FROM THE BACKOF CURB). PLEASE CONSIDER
 THE STREET VIEW OF THE PROPOSED DESIGN.
 8. PLEASE CONFIRM THE PROPOSED UTILITY LINES ON THE
 NORTH AND SOUTH SIDE OF THE GARAGE ARE NOT GOING TO
 IMPACT THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE ALONG THE NORTH AND SOUTH
 ELEVATIONS.
 9. THE SIDEWALK LEVEL SHALL BE MAINTAINED ACROSS THE
 GARAGE DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE.
 10. PLEASE SUBMIT A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT AND A
 SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
