 PCN 74-43-43-21-01-009-0070 AS 326 FERN ST. THE PLANS
 ALL HAVE THE ADDRESS AS 326 FERN ST. THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION HAS THE ADDRESS AS 328 FERN ST. THE CITY
 ALSO HAS A TENANT ADDRESS OF 328 FERN ST. IF THIS
 PROJECT IS GOING TO USE THE ADDRESS OF 328 FERN ST. THE
 PLANS WILL NEED TO BE REPRINTED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS.
 IF THE 326 FERN ST. THEN A TENANT SUITE NUMBER WILL
 NEED TO BE DETERMINED. FOR A LIST OF EXISTING SUITE

 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED.
  
 2) NOTICE, NO ACTION IS REQUIRED. THIS IS A RESTAURANT,
 A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY, OCCUPANT LOAD OF LESS THAN 50, NO

 SIZE OF DOORS.
 THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF EACH DOOR OPENING SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT FOR THE OCCUPANT LOAD THEREOF AND SHALL
 PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES (813 MM). CLEAR
 OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING DOORS SHALL BE
 MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE STOP,
 WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES.
  
 7) SHEET A2.01 INDICATES A DETAIL 4 /A5.10 THE SERVICE
 COUNTER TO BE 40 INCHES TALL. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE 2014 ACCESSIBILITY CODE EITHER 904.4.1PARALLEL
 APPROACH OR 904.4.2 FRONTAL APPROACH.

 FEET IN HEIGHT. ALSO NOTE SHEET M1.2 INDICATES THIS
 UNIT IS TO TIE DOWN TO A EXISTING ROOF RACK NOT A CURB
 AS INDICATED ON M5.1.
 M- 301.15 WIND RESISTANCE. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT,
 APPLIANCES AND SUPPORTS THAT ARE EXPOSED TO WIND SHALL
 BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED TO RESIST THE WIND PRESSURES
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, BUILDING.

 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
