 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY FROM A F1 OCCUPANCY, A DRY CLEANING
 FACILITY WHERE THERE WAS A BOILER, NOT JUST A DROP OFF
 AND PICK UP FACILITY. PERMIT # 99111358 SHOULD A FULL
 SCALE DRY CLEANING FACILITY, THE NEW OCCUPANCY IS
 INDICATED AS A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. SHEET A0.2 & M1.1
 BOTH SHOW THIS SPACE TO NOW BE NON-CONDITIONED SPACE.
  
 PLEASE SHOW HOW THE BUSINESS/ STORAGE OCCUPANCY WILL
 MEET THE CODE SECTION OF:
 2014 FBC-B 1203.4. 1203.4 NATURAL VENTILATION. NATURAL
 VENTILATION OF AN OCCUPIED SPACE SHALL BE THROUGH
 WINDOWS, DOORS, LOUVERS OR OTHER OPENINGS TO THE
 OUTDOORS. THE OPERATING MECHANISM FOR SUCH OPENINGS
 SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH READY ACCESS SO THAT THE
 OPENINGS ARE READILY CONTROLLABLE BY THE BUILDING
 OCCUPANTS.

 OF THE OPENINGS TO THE OUTDOORS SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN

 A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY THAT WOULD RESULT IN AN INCREASE
 IN DEMAND FOR EITHER FOSSIL FUEL OR ELECTRICAL ENERGY
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THIS CODE. WHERE THE USE IN A SPACE
 CHANGES FROM ONE USE IN TABLE C405.5.2(1) OR (2) TO
 ANOTHER USE IN TABLE C405.5.2(1) OR (2), THE INSTALLED
