 1) REPEAT COMMENT: ALL ELEVATIONS, SECTIONS, ROOF PLANS
 AND DETAIL SHEETS SHALL BE REVISED TO ACCURATELY
 REFLECT THE LOWER BUILDING HEIGHT TO MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF RESOLUTION NO. 49-13. THE BACK-UP
 GRAPHIC INCLUDED WITH THE ORIGINAL PERMIT INDICATED
 THAT THE SLOPED TOWER ROOF MET THE HEIGHT FOR ONE
 SPECIFIC SECTION OF THE BUILDING; HOWEVER, UPON REVIEW
 OF THE CURRENTLY SUBMITTED SHEETS IT APPEARS THAT THE
 BUILDING EXCEEDS THE HEIGHT EXCEPTION AT SOME OF THE
 AREAS HOUSING THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND STAIR
 ENCLOSURES AS WELL AS THE PARAPETS. THE ELEVATION
 DIMENSION SHALL BE SHOWN FROM THE AVERAGE ELEVATION OF
 THE FINISHED GRADE OF THE BUILDING TO THE HIGHEST POINT
 OF THE AREAS UTILIZING THE HEIGHT EXCEPTION. THIS HAS
 NOT BEEN PROVIDED ON THE ELEVATION, SECTION AND
 STRUCTURAL SHEETS LISTED BELOW (NOTE: ALL SHEETS SHALL
 BE VERIFIED FOR CORRECT HEIGHT DIMENSIONS REGARDLESS OF
 LISTING BY STAFF BELOW. FAILURE TO UPDATE A SHEET THAT
 IS NOT LISTED WILL RESULT IN THE PERMIT NOT PASSING).

 E. STRUCTURAL SHEETS FOR BOTH PHASES SHALL BE UPDATED
 TO SHOW THE FULL HEIGHT DIMENSION FROM GRADE.
  
 F. A NEW SHEET A315 WAS PROVIDED IN ORDER TO SHOW THAT
 THE BUILDING DOES NOT EXCEED THE PERMITTED HEIGHT.
 HOWEVER, THE SHEET A315 IS A DETAIL SHEET REFERENCED ON
 SHEET A303, WHICH WAS NOT REVISED. THE NEW DETAILS ON
 SHEET A315 DO NOT MATCH THE DETAILS SHOWN ON SHEET A303
 FOR THE TOP OF THE PARAPET. ADDITIONALLY, THE
 DIMENSIONS SHOWN PREVIOUSLY ON SHEET A303 SHOW A
 BUILDING WHICH EXCEEDS THE PERMITTED HEIGHT.
  
 G. THE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS ON SHEET A353 WERE NOT
 PROVIDED FROM GRADE ON THE OVERALL SECTION DRAWING.
 NOTE: IF THE FIVE (5) INCHES ABOVE AVERAGE GRADE SHOWN
 ON THE CUT SHEET PROVIDED WITH THE ORIGINAL PERMIT ARE
 ADDED TO THE BUILDING HEIGHT, THEN THE BUILDING EXCEEDS
 THE PERMITTED HEIGHT EXCEPTION.
  
 H. STAFF IS UNABLE TO LOCATE WHERE THE PARAPET RAILING
 DETAIL CALLED OUT ON SHEET A353(8) IS ON THE ELEVATIONS
 OR FULL SECTION DRAWINGS. NO OVERALL HEIGHT DIMENSION
 IS GIVEN TO THE TOP OF THE RAIL.
  
 2) PRIOR TO C.O. THE MINOR PD AMENDMENT TO REFLECT THE
 CHANGES TO THE BICYCLE RACK LOCATION AND THE WALKWAY
 ORIENTATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE
 PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 3) SHEET C101 SHOWS NOTE REFERENCING AN 18 FOOT CLEAR
 FIRE TRUCK ACCESS ROAD (SOUTH OF POOL WALL). THE
 APPROVED SITE PLAN SHOWS THIS AS A 20 FOOT WIDE
 DRIVEWAY. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW THE APPROVED 20 FOOT
 DRIVE CONDITION.
