 1. ADVISORY; THREE ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE
 REQUIRED; CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS, BUILDING UNDER
 CONSTRUCTION, AND FINISHED CONSTRUCTION.
  
 A "FINISHED CONSTRUCTION" ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WAS
 PROVIDED FOR THE EXISTING STRUCTURE. A "CONSTRUCTION
 DRAWINGS" ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED TO SHOW
 PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE REVISE AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. A5, LAT/LONG COORDINATES - IF DEGREES, MINUTES,
 SECONDS FORMAT IS USED, SECONDS TO BE PROVIDED TO 1
 DECIMAL PLACE OR BETTER.
  
 B. A5, LAT/LONG COORDINATES, THIS IS TO BE ACCURATE
 WITHIN 66'.
  
 C. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE DETACHED
 GARAGE. THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE HOUSE CAN
 INCLUDE THE GARAGE ON ONE CERTIFICATE, IF THE VALUE IS
 LESS THAN 10% OF THE MAIN STRUCTURE (PER FEMA).
 OTHERWISE, A SEPARATE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED
 FOR THE GARAGE.
  
 D. PHOTOGRAPHS ARE TO INCLUDE THE FLOOD OPENINGS. FLOOD
 OPENINGS ARE TO BE WITHIN 1' OF GRADE. PHOTOS TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE.
  
 E. PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT AND EXISTING BUILDING IS TO
 COMPLY WITH FBC 5TH EDITION RESIDENTIAL 322, EXISTING
 BUILDING 701.3 AND CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH MUNICIPAL
 CODE 94-546(B). EXISTING STRUCTURE IS TO BE RAISED TO
 7.5' AS THIS IS A SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT. THESE CODE
 REFERENCES APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS.
  
 F. NON ENGINEERED FLOOD OPENINGS TO COMPLY WITH FBC
 RESIDENTIAL 322.2.2(2)(2.2). ELEVATION CERTIFICATE
 SHOULD BE REVISED TO SHOW PROPOSED OPENINGS (AND BE
 EXPLAINED IN COMMENTS SECTION). PLAN TO BE REVISED TO
 SHOW NEW PROPOSED ELEVATION FOR EXISTING STRUCTURE AS
 WELL AS EXISTING AND PROPOSED NEW FLOOD OPENINGS.
  
 G. A9, CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS ELEVATION CERTIFICATE TO
 INCLUDE INFORMATION FOR PROPOSED GARAGE.
  
 H. B1, COMMUNITY NAME AND NUMBER INCORRECT, PLEASE
 REVISE.

 K. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS TO BE RAISED TO A MINIMUM OF
 7.5'.
  
 2. PROVIDE A TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY AND A DRAINAGE PLAN
 WHICH INCLUDES THE ELEVATION OF PROPOSED FILL, FBC 2010
 RESIDENTIAL 401.3.
  
 110.7 IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION. ALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
 REGULATED BY THIS CODE SHALL BE PERFORMED IN
 A MANNER SO AS NOT TO ADVERSELY IMPACT THE CONDITION OF
 ADJACENT PROPERTY, UNLESS SUCH ACTIVITY IS
 PERMITTED TO AFFECT SAID PROPERTY PURSUANT TO A CONSENT
 GRANTED BY THE APPLICABLE PROPERTY OWNER,
 UNDER TERMS OR CONDITIONS AGREEABLE TO THE APPLICABLE
 PROPERTY OWNER. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT
 LIMITED TO, THE CONTROL OF DUST, NOISE, WATER OR
 DRAINAGE RUN-OFFS, DEBRIS, AND THE STORAGE OF
 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS. NEW CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY SHALL
 NOT ADVERSELY IMPACT LEGAL HISTORIC SURFACE
 WATER DRAINAGE FLOWS SERVING ADJACENT PROPERTIES, AND
 MAY REQUIRE SPECIAL DRAINAGE DESIGN
 COMPLYING WITH ENGINEERING STANDARDS TO PRESERVE THE
 POSITIVE DRAINAGE PATTERNS OF THE AFFECTED
 SITES. ACCORDINGLY, DEVELOPERS, CONTRACTORS AND OWNERS
 OF ALL NEW RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDING
 ADDITIONS, POOLS, PATIOS, DRIVEWAYS, DECKS OR SIMILAR
 ITEMS, ON EXISTING PROPERTIES RESULTING IN A
 SIGNIFICANT DECREASE OF PERMEABLE LAND AREA ON ANY
 PARCEL OR HAS ALTERED THE DRAINAGE FLOW ON THE
 DEVELOPED PROPERTY SHALL, AS A PERMIT CONDITION,
 PROVIDE A PROFESSIONALLY PREPARED DRAINAGE PLAN
 CLEARLY INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH THIS PARAGRAPH. UPON
 COMPLETION OF THE IMPROVEMENT, A
 CERTIFICATION FROM A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE INSPECTOR IN ORDER TO RECEIVE
 APPROVAL OF THE FINAL INSPECTION.
  
 THE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOULD SHOW THE IMPACT OF FILLING
 THIS PROPERTY ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT A DEVELOPMENT PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR
 ALL CONSTRUCTION/DEVELOPMENT (INCLUDING FILL) IN THE
 SPECIAL HAZARD FLOOD AREA. THE PLAN SHOULD INCLUDE THE
 PROPOSED ELEVATION OF STRUCTURES, DRIVEWAY, AND POOL.
