 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE MAKE CORRECTIONS FOR ADDRESSING THE SURVEY BY
 TARGET, SHEET A.02 INDICATES TWO SEPARATE BUILDINGS ON
 TWO SEPARATE LOTS AND DIFFERENT PROPERTY CONTROL
 NUMBERS.
 THE SURVEY INDICATES BY WAY OF A BUBBLE THE BUILDING
 LOCATED ON LOT 1480 ADDRESSED 428 AVON RD.
  
 THE BUILDING PLANS ARE ADDRESSED 429 AVON AND NEED TO
 BE CORRECTED, TO 428 AVON RD. THE OTHER ISSUE IN DOING
 A ADDRESS SEARCH THE PERMIT APPLICATION HAS THE WRONG
 LOT ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION OF LOT 1487 THE CORRECT
 LOT NUMBER IS 1480. 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) THIS PERMIT IS BEING PULLED UNDER A CFC LICENSE, THE
 SCOPE OF WORK IS BEYOND WHAT A PLUMBING CONTRACTOR CAN
 DO, F. S. 489.105(M). A BUILDING, ELECTRICAL AND
 MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR WILL NEED TO SIGN ONTO THIS
 PROJECT BEFORE IT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) 2014 ENERGY CODE C101.5.1.1 ALTERATIONS, RENOVATIONS
 AND BUILDING SYSTEMS. ALTERATIONS, RENOVATIONS AND
 BUILDING SYSTEMS MAY UTILIZE FORM C402. FORM C402 CAN
 BE FOUND IN APPENDIX C.
  
 4) SHEET A0.4 INDICATES THE NEW RESTROOM DOOR TO BE A
 2'-8" DOOR. PLEASE REVIEW 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBLITY CODE
 404.2.3 404.2.3 CLEAR WIDTH. DOOR OPENINGS SHALL
 PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES (815 MM) MINIMUM.
 CLEAR OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING DOORS SHALL BE
 MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE STOP,
 WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES. OPENINGS MORE THAN 24
 INCHES (610 MM) DEEP SHALL PROVIDE A CLEAR OPENING OF
 36 INCHES (915 MM) MINIMUM. THERE SHALL BE NO
 PROJECTIONS INTO THE REQUIRED CLEAR OPENING WIDTH LOWER
 THAN 34 INCHES (865 MM) ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR
 GROUND.
  
 5) CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY BUSINESS TO MERCANTILE. BEFORE A
 PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE
 PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF
 PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE
 PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION. PLEASE
 CALL (561)233-5025 FOR MORE INFORMATION.
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
