 1- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF SIGNED AND SEALED DRAWINGS
 (ORIGINAL SEAL AND SIGNATURE). ONLY ONE COPY WAS
 SUBMITTED. SEC. 107.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- THERE ARE NOT DRAWINGS SHOWING THE SCOPE OF WORK
 SPECIFIED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION. PROVIDE COMPLETE
 FLOOR PLANS SHOWING ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIBED IN
 THE PERMIT APPLICATION. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: THERE ARE RED TAGS ON THIS PROPERTY FOR ALL
 TRADES FOR DOING WORK WITHOUT PERMIT. NEED PLANS
 SHOWING ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR PROPER PLAN REVIEW,
 INSPECTIONS AND RECORD KEEPING PURPOSES.
  
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED. ONLY THE
 STAIRS SCOPE OF WORK WAS SHOWN ON SHEET S2.00. NEED
 PLANS SHOWING THE REST OF THE SCOPE OF WORK SPECIFIED
 ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. CLEARLY SPECIFY ALL SCOPE OF WORK, INCLUDING THE
 REBUILDING OF THE EXTERIOR STAIRCASE. REVISE SCOPE OF
 WORK AND VALUATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION. VALUATION
 TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD
 AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. . PROVIDE COPIES OF
 SIGNED CONTRACTS FOR CONTRACTOR'S FEES AND FOR DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES.

 SPECIFIES 8" RISER. 8" RISERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. SEE SEC.
 R311.7.5.1 OF FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014) AND
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.002(33) FOR ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL
 CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON THE DETAILS. PROVIDE ONLY THE
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING
 THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR OR DESIGNER OF RECORD TO
 SPECIFY THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NEXT TO EACH
 SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
