 1- PLANS SUBMITTED ARE NOT ELECTRONICALLY TRANSMITTED
 PLANS. ENGINEER NEEDS TO PROVIDE ORIGINAL SEAL AND
 SIGNATURE ON ALL PLANS AS REQUIRED BY 61G15-23.002 AND
 CHAPTER 471 F.S.
 RESPONSE: ONLY ONE SET OF DRAWINGS WAS SUBMITTED. NEED
 TO PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE SETS OF PLANS. SEC. 107.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- REVISED DRAWINGS SHOW CLOUDS WITH A DARK BACKGROUND
 ON ALL THE REVISED INFORMATION. DARK BACKGROUND ON THE
 CLOUDS WILL NOT ALLOW THE INFORMATION TO BE READ WHEN
 THE DRAWINGS ARE SCANNED. PLEASE RE-SUBMIT DRAWINGS
 WITHOUT THE DARK BACKGROUND ON THE CLOUDS. DRAWINGS
 NEED TO BE CLEAR FOR RECORD RETENTION PURPOSES. SEC.
 107.2.1.4 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED.
  
 4- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R101.4.3 OF FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH
 EDITION (2014).
 RESPONSE: REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED. A/C EQUIPMENT
 SIZING CALCULATIONS WERE SUBMITTED. NOT ENERGY
