 PLANS. ENGINEER NEEDS TO PROVIDE ORIGINAL SEAL AND
 SIGNATURE ON ALL PLANS AS REQUIRED BY 61G15-23.002 AND
 CHAPTER 471 F.S.
  
 2- PROJECT LOCATION SHOWN ON ALL DRAWINGS IS INCORRECT.
 PROJECT IS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH NOT
 PALM BEACH. THEY ARE TWO DIFFERENT MUNICIPALITIES.
 REVISE TITLE BLOCK IN ALL DRAWING AS REQUIRED. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- SCOPE OF WORK IS NOT CLEAR. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. PLANS DON'T SHOW WHAT'S IS EXISTING AND
 WHAT IS THE PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK. ACCORDING TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY THERE IS AN ENCLOSED PORCH IN THE
 REAR OF THE HOUSE AND AN ENCLOSED PORCH IN THE FRONT OF
 THE HOUSE. THERE ARE NO CITY RECORDS FOR THE CONVERSION
 OF ENCLOSED PORCHES TO LIVING SPACES. PLANS SUBMITTED
 SHOW NO ENCLOSED PORCHES BUT LIVABLE SPACE THROUGHOUT
 ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR. WALL LEGEND ON SHEET A2.00 IS NOT
 CLEAR. IT DOESN'T SPECIFY TYPE OF FRAMING WALLS AND
 SPACING. ARE ALL THE WALLS NEW WALLS?. ALSO, CLEARLY
 IDENTIFY ALL ROOMS SHOWN ON THE PROPOSED FIRST FLOOR
 PLAN.
 NOTE: IT LOOKS LIKE THERE WAS ANOTHER PERMIT ISSUED
 JUST FOR THE WINDOWS AND DOORS REPLACEMENT.. TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS OR DELAYS, PLANS SUBMITTED TO PROVIDE ONLY
 THE INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR
 WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLICATION WAS SUBMITTED.
  
 4- ARE THE STAIRS AND HANDRAILS NEW?. WHERE IS THE
 STAIR SECTION DETAIL ON SHEET S1.00 AS SPECIFIED ON THE
 FIRST FLOOR PLAN ON SHEET A2.00. IF NEW STAIRS AND
 HANDRAILS PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE LIVE LOADS OF TABLE R301.5
 AND ALL THE SPECIFICATIONS OF SEC. R311.7 AND SEC. R312
 OF FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 5- VALUATION IS TOO LOW FOR ALL THE REQUIRED SCOPE OF
 WORK. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. . PROVIDE COPIES OF SIGNED CONTRACTS FOR
 CONTRACTOR'S FEES AND FOR DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES.
  
 6- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 7- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R101.4.3 OF FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH
 EDITION (2014).
