 THE PLAN APPEARS TO PROPOSE CONDITIONING A 297 SF AREA
 OF THE RESIDENCE IDENTIFIED AS A DEN BUT ON RECORD AS A
 PORCH. THE PLAN ASSOCIATED WITH WINDOW REPLACEMENT
 PERMIT 10060887 COMPLETED IN 2010 DOES NOT SHOW THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF WALLS AND WINDOWS AS CONSISTENT WITH
 THE PROPOSED PLAN.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION AS TO THE EXISTING
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE 27' LONG AND 11' LONG EXTERIOR
 WALLS WHICH ENCLOSE THE 297SF PORCH. INCLUDE THERMAL
 INSULATION INFORMATION FOR THE WALLS AND CEILING.
 ADDITIONALLY PROVIDE AN ENERGY SUBMITTAL. SHOW ALL WORK
 THAT THERE IS NO PERMIT RECORD OF. PLEASE CLARIFY IF
 THERE IS TO BE A DOOR OR OPEN PASS THROUGH FOR THE AREA
 WHERE THE MASTER BEDROOM COMMUNICATES WITH THE PROPOSED
 DEN. PLEASE INDICATE WHAT THE PROPOSED MEANS OF
 EMERGENCY EGRESS IS FOR THE MASTER BEDROOM, IF IT IS
 THE EXISTING WINDOW TAKING THE PLACE OF A FORMER
 EXTERIOR SGD, IT WILL HAVE TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR
 NEW CONSTRUCTION.

 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
