 SITE PLAN REVIEW (ISPR) THROUGH THE PLANNING DIVISION.
 PLEASE SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR REVIEW.
  
 2. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #3.] FOR NEW VERTICAL CONTRUCTION
 TO OCCUR WITHIN THE EXISTING NORTH-SOUTH UTILITY
 EASEMENT DOWN THE CENTER OF THE PROPERTY, THE EASEMENT
 WILL NEED TO BE VACATED PRIOR TO WORK COMMENCING IN THE
 LOCATION OF THE EASEMENT. IF THERE IS NO NEW VERTICAL
 STRUCTURE BEING PROPOSED IN THE EASEMENT, THEN ONLY
 EASEMENT CONSENT FORMS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR OTHER
 SITE WORK OCCURING WITHIN THE EASEMENT AREA.
