 NORTH FACES OF THE BUILDING. THE STRUCTURAL SHEET S-1
 HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED AND THE CLEAR STORY WINDOWS

 FROM THE PREVIOUS ROUND OF REVIEWS. SHEET LS1 THE CODE
 ANALYSIS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE TRIBUTARY AREA OF
 WALL AREA BEING CONSIDERED, FACING THE NORTH ELEVATION.
 IT APPEARS THERE IS APPROXIMATELY 508 SQ. FT. OF WALL
 AREA, (DO NOT INCLUDE PARAPET ABOVE THE ROOF LINE). 10%
 OF THE WALL WOULD ALLOW 50.8 SQ. FT. OF UNPROTECTED
 OPENINGS. FOR ADDITIONAL OPENINGS SEE FBC-B 705.8.4 FOR
 MIXED OPENINGS.
 2014 FBC-B TABLE 602 FOR 10 FEET OR LESS REQUIRES A 1
 HOUR FIRE RATED WALL AND PLEASE REVIEW ALLOWABLE
 OPENINGS IN TABLE 705.8 PROVIDE THE PERCENTAGE OF
 OPENINGS INDICATED IN THE NORTH WALL.

 INCHES (356 MM) ON CENTER.
 3. LADDERS SHALL HAVE A TOE SPACING NOT LESS THAN
 6-INCHES (152 MM) DEEP.
 4. THERE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 18 INCHES (457 MM)
 BETWEEN RAILS.
 5. RUNGS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM 0.75-INCH (19 MM)
 DIAMETER AND BE CAPABLE OF WITHSTANDING A 300-POUND
 (136.1 KG) LOAD.
 6. LADDERS OVER 30 FEET (9144 MM) IN HEIGHT SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH OFFSET SECTIONS AND LANDINGS CAPABLE OF
 WITHSTANDING 100 POUNDS PER SQUARE FOOT (488.2 KG/M2).
 7. LADDERS SHALL BE PROTECTED AGAINST CORROSION BY
 APPROVED MEANS. CATWALKS INSTALLED TO PROVIDE THE
 REQUIRED ACCESS SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 24-INCHES (610
 MM) WIDE AND SHALL HAVE RAILINGS AS REQUIRED FOR
 SERVICE PLATFORMS .
  
 22) NEW COMMENT. SHEET A11.0 SHOWS VARIOUS DETAILS FOR
 ROOF TOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND SKYLIGHT ATTACHMENTS
 BUT THESE ARE GENERAL DETAILS. THERE ARE NO STRUCTURAL
 DETAILS PROVIDING THE SIZE OF MATERIALS,
 IF CURBS ARE TO BE WELDED TO STRUCTURAL MEMBERS, SCREED
 OR BOLTED. THERE ARE ALSO NO DETAILS OF HOW THE ROOF
 TOP A/C UNITS WILL BE ANCHORED. 2014 FBC-M - 301.15
 WIND RESISTANCE. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND
 SUPPORTS THAT ARE EXPOSED TO WIND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND
 INSTALLED TO RESIST THE WIND PRESSURES DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 23) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE
 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
 AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
